Ordered the Carmel Hot Chocolate & Fruit Fondue Platter2 star for the caramel hot chocolate, it has no caramel flavor OR even taste like chocolate… for $12 I expect to taste chocolate. Mug is big… but worth tasting like hot milk? No. However, I asked them to make another and they did without complaint adding in extra chocolate and caramel powder3 stars for the fruit fondue, I was able to swap the pineapple for marshmallow no extra charge. The fruit arrived all chilled and freshly cut. Tried the milk chocolate and it was tasty but nothing special. Similar to just Hershey chocolate melts. For $30, not worth itAmbience is 5 star very cute decor and intimate.Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The girl at the front disappears to the back and there’s no on way to signal for her other than yelling. The kitchen staff even came up front and tell the cashier that she has customers up front. However when she does finally help you… she does go the extra mile
Unfortunately this chocolate shop was a disappointment. It’s cute, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, and the deserts look the part. However the taste doesn’t come through like it should for these prices, especially considering the competition in the area.If you want to spend this kind of money on chocolate, go to Kate Weiser in Trinity groves, or chocolate secrets downtown.Want to support a local business? Go to CocoAndré. If you’re in a rush, are out late, or meeting a friend go for it. If you want the best, do yourself a favor and try another chocolatier.
A chill after dinner dessert place. There are several restaurants on the same block and we stopped here for a sweet night cap. The chocolate brownie with white chocolate swirls was so rich and decadent! Cappuccino was also expertly prepared. There is plenty of seating and lots of power outlets in the seating area near the windows. Sticker shock is real though...I looked at the price of the milk shakes and the waffles and slowly backed away. But the chocolates and pastries are affordable. Nice concept and the owner was friendly.
This is definitely a chocolate lover's dream spot! It is small on the inside, seating is limited & their kitchen does close 30 minutes before closing time. I would suggest showing up earlier, rather than later. Delectable chocolates EVERYWHERE!!! They do have some cheese cakes WITHOUT chocolate, and even serve a flourless chocolate dessert. Featured below are strawberry & salted caramel cheese cake slices, chocolate covered oreo cookies, chocolate covered marshmallows, tiramisu, flourless chocolate dessert & Mt Brownie. The presentation on all of our desserts was stellar! We all enjoyed and were pleasantly satisfied with our choice to try out this spot.
I’ve been to this location many times, I’ve always enjoyed my experience here every time I come with my girlfriends. Until today, the server was horrible and the food was nasty. The server right when we got here didn’t give us time to explain or help us, he just pointed at the menu and proceeded to listen to music in his AirPods. I didn’t wanna say anything then because he might be having a bad day, then when the food came. The coffee cup came dirty and I asked him to get me a different cup he just proceeded to wipe off the coffee drip (I attached a picture of the cup after he wiped it, it’s still sticky and dirty). When my crepe came it looked fine, until I tasted it. It was so stale I couldn’t even cut it with the butter knife, when I asked him if this was freshly made he said “yes”. You can clearly taste that it wasn’t fresh at all, mind you I am where many times and I order the same thing. I know how it should normally taste. I just asked him if he can take it back and I wanted my money back, the server didn’t even apologize or anything he just gave me the cash and walked away.
We arrived 45 minutes before closing. Were hesitantly greeted by cashier who let me know we wouldn’t be getting our food on actual plates, but in to go boxes, assuming they didn’t want to wash anymore dishes. Our dessert came out in a tiny to go box. For a $20 dessert, it was sub par at best. We also got a milk shake that could barely be drank because of the amount of peanut butter in the middle of the shake. You could tell the staff was just ready to clean up and get out of the restaurant, despite being open for 45 more minutes. Wish we would have saved our money and went to sonic or Dairy Queen.
It tastes yum and looks rather grand. However, the chocolate on the outside of glass cant be eaten, so its wasteful. Its a good shake and if you are craving good chocolate flavor, then this is the place to go. I still feel for 17$, this was just a bit expensive
The worst crepe i have ever had. Definetly wasnt made fresh . It was like bread. It was also expensive. 20 dollars for 3 strawberries and 2 dry crepes. Definitely do not recommend
They are SUPER OVER PRICED and the banana shake has a horrible after taste! Not the same how it was before Covid and they JACKED up the prices. I can make a better shake at home. I had high hopes and never coming back again. Also, wait time for 1 shake was 25 minutes. Not worth it at all. Don’t waste your money or time. They staff are nice though.
Very yummy treats. The kids and I loved it ??

Went in at 8 o’clock on a Saturday evening. Ordered an espresso and request that it be put in a ceramic cup. Was told no was served in a Dixie cup. My party ordered two pieces of cheesecake and another type of cake. Average would be the best way to describe it. Tasteless and dry. Almost $30. Would not recommend to anyone.
Biggest disappointment in Dallas! It started with me calling to ask if we need reservations to which I got a very unfriendly, no and immediate hang up. We took my daughter and 3 friends last night after having dinner at RH rooftop. It was a 15th birthday celebration for our daughter. We would have been happy to pay the almost $17 for the milkshakes they have posted on their website. Instead we received crap to-go cups and what looked like a milkshake Braums would have charge $3 for. SO disappointing!! I have wanted to go here for quite some time. Never going back!!! I added pics of what we thought we were going to get AND the pathetic to-go milkshake we received. Keep in mind we stayed there for our dessert so we didn’t get to go shakes because they thought we were leaving, it’s all they serve.
We came here on a weekday evening and got a slice of cheesecake and one of their shakes, they were only offering in to-go containers which is okay. Overall okay service, the shake was really good but the cheesecake was very average and not super moist (not very fresh).
$8 “self warming mug” was a $0.50 hot chocolate Miss Swiss packet in a to go cup. Nothing like the photos. $14 chocolate cake was a small shake cup with a square piece of cake. Definitely a scam do not come here
advertised vs served. not worth to drive 30 miles for this. Ice cream better served at Braum's or Coldstone.
