The terrible service, really horrible people who have a business and don't know how to serve. I ordered a tray paisa and it was half a plate of bean water and 3 beans in that water. They made the terrible chicharron in a super old oil, it tasted like everything but chicharron. Not to mention the prices, what an expensive thing. The only thing I liked was the soursop juice. Just that 🙂

The food was delicious but the waiter's attention was terrible, when we called him to order he stood in front of the table and took out his cell phone to answer a message while we were placing the order, he was never friendly, and he was always at the bar afterwards with the cell phone in the mamo and I didn't look at the tables in case we needed something

Please improve customer service, the waiter has no charisma to serve, he is not attentive to customers, he is always on his cell phone and easily forgets customers, the food is seasoned too much!!

Showed up at 10:09 on a Saturday to find the store closed. Hours posted on Google state they open at 9:30. Hours posted on their door state they open at 10am.

Horrible experience!!! First and last time there. Went on a sunday with my daughter. We entered and sat on an available table, there were like 10 small tables 4 or 5 occupied. Promptly a female server came to take our order, we knew what we wanted (colombian food)so we ordered right away. 2 juices and the food. Juices came fast good taste no problem. The food!!! We saw 3 tables that came after us being served. Waited for 45 minutes, no one came to apologize for the wait or explain what was going on with our order. We stood up and went to the counter to pay for the juices and the lady said "aren't you going to wait for the food" is getting ready. I said I just want to pay for the juice. They charged me the juices without any further questions or apologies. The awful customer service prevented us from actually trying the food.

I don't eat a lot of Spanish food, but since this place is right next door, I thought I'd try it. The gentleman who took my order knew as much English as I knew Spanish (not much, lol) but we made it work! He was so polite and friendly! I ordered the "Arepa Rellena" with chicken and cheese. Came with a dipping sauce that I think has cilantro and onion in it.... lemme tell yall what, this was by far the tastiest food I've ever had, of any kind, period. The mix of flavors with that sauce, SOOO GOOD! I will definitely be coming back for more, and my wife (mi esposa who DOES speak Spanish, lol) have already made a date to go for dinner. Beautiful restaurant, very clean and inviting. 11 out of 10 for me all day long!!!!
Food was decent, we ordered the paisa special platter. Other columbian restaurants give large portions so when our plate came I was a little disappointed. For $17 I got a plate that was mostly beans and a strip of meat instead of the whole thing.
