I don't eat a lot of Spanish food, but since this place is right next door, I thought I'd try it. The gentleman who took my order knew as much English as I knew Spanish (not much, lol) but we made it work! He was so polite and friendly! I ordered the "Arepa Rellena" with chicken and cheese. Came with a dipping sauce that I think has cilantro and onion in it.... lemme tell yall what, this was by far the tastiest food I've ever had, of any kind, period....
Food was decent, we ordered the paisa special platter. Other columbian restaurants give large portions so when our plate came I was a little disappointed. For $17 I got a plate that was mostly beans and a strip of meat instead of the whole thing.
The food is delicious but too seasoned for my taste. Regarding the price, I consider the portions on the trays to be very small. The service is great ? and the empanadas, juices and fritters are delicious!! .. they just need to improve a little!! …..
