We had a 7pm reservation but came an hour early and were sat immediately. Food, wine, & atmosphere was all excellent. Our waitress Logan was overly attentive (often interrupting conversation). 45 minutes after sitting, we were done just finishing the last glass of wine from the bottle paying the bill when Logan asked us to leave or move to the bar because she had another reservation coming. We had a full glass of wine left, but decided to leave (or were thrown out depending on your point of view). There were empty tables and nobody was waiting. She was just trying to move the table. I regret not speaking to a manager…too nice of a place to have someone like her pushing people out.

From what I’ve heard about this restaurant I’m not certain at this point if these reviews are being bought. Came with a close girlfriend for her birthday reservation in which we were rudely told that there would be an additional THIRTY minute wait NO explanation at all. I was then astonished to find out that the owner by the name of Allyson was the one that said that. How can you expect customer satisfaction when you treat your guests like this. Our server was phenomenal but staff seemed stressed and I was uncomfortable by how rude and dismissive the owner was to the staff. I work in the industry and even though the food was good being in an environment where I was not only rudely talked to but it seems like a hostile environment by the owner herself I won’t be back. I’ve heard terrible things about the owner of this restaurant and my visit confirmed everything.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Sachet. Even without reservations, the restaurant manager, Belen, went above and beyond to make sure we were seated and well taken care of. Her warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for the evening, and the customer service throughout our visit was top notch.
The drinks were excellent. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced, and my husband enjoyed a lovely Nebbiolo from their thoughtfully curated wine list.
The food was incredible across the board. The roasted cauliflower with citrus, olives, black chickpeas, hummus, and almond gremolata was bursting with flavor and easily one of my favorite takes on roasted cauliflower. The marinated olives were the perfect starter and paired beautifully with our drinks. The tagliatelle with lump crab, fresno chile, marcona almonds, and mint was rich, elegant, and cooked perfectly. The Texas Wagyu steak frites was incredibly tender and a true standout.
Every bite was memorable and absolutely worthy of a return visit. We loved our experience so much that, at Belen’s recommendation, we also dined at their sister restaurant, Gemma. If you’re looking for elevated Mediterranean cuisine with exceptional service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.🤗

Great ambiance and great service. All the food was great except the traditional Mediterranean-Arabic food. They didn’t do a good job at things like the Fetteh, it didn’t even resemble Fetteh, but everything else was superb. Whatever you order make sure you get the Greek fries because those will be the best fries you’ve ever had in your life! Oh- and don’t leave without ordering the Yo-Yo’s for dessert. Similar to a sopapilla or a beignet but 10x better.

We always look forward to our meals at Sachet. The food is consistently top notch, as is the service. As Gluten Free diners, Sachet is one of a few fine dining restaurants that is willing to work with us to adapt their dishes to our allergy issues, not to mention that many of their dishes are naturally Gluten Free, and they offer a GF pasta option (you have to ask for it).

We had a nice time and were overall pleased. The ambiance was nice. We were greeted by management; servers were nice and sommelier great. Food was tasty, especially the oysters. We arrived for an early dinner at 6pm. Service started out great, then after appetizer slowed down considerably. The main course took about 30 min to arrive after appetizer, but my wife says it was more like 45min. Once the main course arrived, our server disappeared. She did not come back to clear empty plates, ask about dessert, anything. I was able to flag her down for the check. Not doubt she must have been caught up with other customers but there is definitely room for improvement in service. We still would recommend the place and encourage others to enjoy it.
Dallas has more than enough steaks, burgers and Asian food. For a truly different and delicious cuisine, I love Sachet on Oak Lawn. We have been there for lunch and dinner many times and have never been disappointed. It is Mediterranean food that delights and surprises. This time we were celebrating a birthday at lunch. We both had beautiful salads, one with lamb filet and one with Salmon. Excellent! The waiter suggested a new dessert created by the chef. It was Citrus Pressed Yogurt. Out of the ordinary, light and delicious. The wait staff is always friendly and gracious and the noise level is never annoying! Love it!
