Dawn’s service and politeness made the experience of the food even better than it already was. The atmosphere of the restaurant was extremely inviting and warm. My wife and I will definitely be returning.

Great food but I ordered some meatballs from there and they canceled my order because I only ordered that appetizer and no enter which was a bummer because I only had a taste for the meatballs so I’m docking y’all a star.

Fun spot for a good Italian meal in Trinity Groves. Ample nearby parking. Great vibe. Server was very green and struggled for longer than I've ever seen anyone in order to remove cork from our bottle of wine. We had only eaten a few bites of our appetizer when our main course arrived. Food wise the mains were the star of the show: lobster ravioli and veal milanese. App - calamari - was good but not at the same level. Dessert was the only fail - tiramisu was served so cold it was barely edible and layered inconsistently so flavor was not as expected. Decent wine list for the price point.

I recently placed my first online order through DoorDash, and it was a disappointing experience. The system provided a specific time for when my order would be ready, so I arrived at the restaurant at that time. Unfortunately, the host was not friendly or welcoming. I’ve visited this location before and had better experiences, but this time felt very different. I’m not familiar with how they handle online orders, but the host’s attitude didn’t make it any easier. She directed me to pick up my order at the bar, but I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone there. When I got back to my car, my food was cold. If you're not interested in providing good service, perhaps this isn’t the right job. This has been the worst experience I've had here, and it will definitely be my last visit.

Came here for my birthday celebration. Service was slow. Food was bland. Which wouldn't be noteworthy but the service is a no go. My friend took one bite of her food and did not like it. They made no offerings to correct this and give her an enjoyable experience which puts a damper on my birthday celebration. 0 stars for service. They don't care about making their customer happy and giving them a positive experience.

We arrived for our reservation at 7:15 PM and were not greeted properly. After being seated, it took a long time for a waiter to even acknowledge us, while everyone around us was being served promptly. We also noticed that guests who arrived after us were greeted and attended to with much better service.

After waiting about 20 minutes, a waiter finally came to take our drink and food order. We requested bread first, which took another 20 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, our main order still had not come. Even though other guests--including a larger party--who arrived after us were served their meals first, we continued to wait.

After about 40 minutes, we still had not received our food. When we tried to speak to the front host, she was nowhere to be found. Frustrated by the delay and lack of attention, we decided to leave. Throughout our visit, our waiter--a man with short hair--never checked on us for refills or provided any updates on our order. This experience was extremely disappointing, as it should not take that long to receive our food or receive basic service. It was just my wife and me, and we were really disappointed with this restaurant. This was our first time here, and we were excited to try it, but after this experience, we no longer feel that way.

Had such a great experience dining here. The food here is absolutely delicious and I absolutely loved the presentation outcome of their dishes. My favorite dish of all was the Sicilian lasagna it was super cheesy and the perfect amount of sauce ratio. The portions are super big and filling. This was one of the best Italian dinning experiences in Dallas.

I was so excited to go here. Not only were we rushed to order by the waiter . But my spouse as a SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION TO NUTS. and the waiter gave us NO TIME TO TRULY LOOK AT THE MENU ! He came back every 1 minute! After we kept asking for time to look at the menu. I understand people were maybe ready to go.
After my spouse consumed the nuts , he IMMEDIATELY started feeling the affects I walked over to our waiter who was JUST STANDING THERE TALKING. another gentleman turned and I informed him he’s allergic to nuts. He got the manager , then some guy came to the table but the waiter told me that “ we shouldn’t have to ask if you’re allergic to anything “ OKAY! Fine. I asked for the manger he waiter said “ I will get HER “ Then a man came to the table??? YOU JUS SAID HER?? okay maybe a lie . The waiter was so RUDE TO THE SITUATION AND SO WAS WHOEVER THAT MANAGER WAS! a lady came over and tried to show him that I PUT ALLERGIC UNDER OUR RESERVATION. And even if we didn’t ! There was no one at the front to seat us we had to ask another waitress when we walked in , so we just walk in?? We have a reservation she lucky seated us . The manager said the menu says nuts on the bread… I CHECKED THAT MENU IT DONT SAY A LICK OF NUTS ON BREAD! NOT NOTHING . JUST LIE after LIE ! And HE KEPT trying to say im trying to argue when i was trying to understand WHY THEY DIDNT CARE! WHAT IF HE DIED?? WHAT IF HE PASSED OUT??? and they didn’t care!! WE HAD TO RUSH TO CVS TO GET SOME MEDICINE HOPING HE DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. YOU DONT TREAT HUMANS LIKE THAT! I was taking so many videos of this place hoping to bring more business and just showcase this restaurant but now NEVER AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE .

Had a great time at Saint Rocco's recently! Visited for the first time to celebrate my dad's birthday and returned the next week with family as the food was wonderful. Appetizers and main dishes were excellent and service from our waitress, Mercedes was top notch. Will be returning!
