This location lacks customer service. I stood in front of the mobile order window and waited for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Mind you, two employees made eye contact with me. The food was okay, and the chips I received with my hummus were all mostly broken in half.

Ingredients were forgotten and the salad size was puny compared to what’s shown on other reviews, online and what I’m used to from Salad and Go. I ordered a southwest harvest salad and the sweet potatoes were completely forgotten. Seems they forgot the rest of the salad as well. I am a frequent customer at other locations but this location disappointed. Not the typical portion size I’m used to, and I asked for double meat! You’d think the salad would in fact take up more volume with that request. The staff was nice but I was overall disappointed with the product once arriving home. I would not give this location my business again.

Came here after work to try the sweet potato soup and to my dismay, they give me cold soup. Silly because the females that work 2nd shift closing had the ridiculous audacity to get an attitude with me about giving me soup that wasn't even hot. I was like really 😕 just give me a refund, because that energy was totally negative and I did not want to give a penny nor be in the presence of ugly spirited people. One girl offered green chicken soup and I am vegetarian so why in the heck would I want that when my order was a simple vegetarian request. Weird , but definitely not the place at all. Learn proper customer service or go work at a warehouse. Anyways lesson learned to cook my own food than spend money at a so called health place with horrible energy.

Quality control has gone down dramatically over the last few months. I’ve noticed the portions are so small that it only fills 3/4 of the bowl. I repeatedly keep receiving salads that are missing premium toppings. I only order the Cobb, and one visit it didn’t have egg or avocado. Today it was missing bacon and the avocado provided was so hard it wouldn’t slice. I really love this place, but I’m not wanting to go back with all the issues.

Found out about salad & go at a fitness event. Tried their breakfast + lunch combo offer, specifically the Mediterranean breakfast bowl and the autumn harvest salad along with blackberry bramble lemonade. I’m sold. Convenient location, quick, fairly healthy, and affordable (and the employee who served me was so pleasant). Will probably be back 3-4 times a week!

First rate in every respect! From the time I turned into the parking lot, until I drove out with my salad, I doubt it was much over two minutes. I ordered an off-menu item, an Avocado Toast Caesar salad. No problem! I finished placing the order and drove to the window. A lovely gentleman was waiting to take my CC, and then handed the salad out. I’ve never had better service anywhere. When I got home, the salad was perfect. Loads of lettuce, croutons, chicken, shaved Parm, and at least half an avocado. This will definitely become one of my go-to places.
