The salad was well made. It had a fair amount of protein. You may want to ask for an extra portion of salad dressing as I believe the single is a little short of enough.

The food isn't what it used to be. The greens aren't as fresh and the dressings are noticeably sweeter. It's still the best option in the area if you're after a salad, but much less appealing than what they were able to consistently serve a year ago.

Props to management for closing one last sale of the evening! On a night schedule, coming from Dallas (S&G’s only seems to be suburban, why?) I made it up just a few minutes before they closed, yet was greeted w/a “sorry, we’re closed” about one of those few minutes after I pulled up to the window. Politely explaining my trek paid off, because the manager (presumably or at least someone w/an oz of care) overrode the rejection that would’ve thwarted the long night ahead & gladly took my order. They were out of tortillas for wraps which I worked with no problem & still had me out the window before posted closing times! Give the meal savior a raise & the pre-close rejecter a coaching, better training, or an opportunity to work some place else not food (or any) service related. ??

Great customer service at this location & super fast! Wayy better than the one on Ross Ave. I love that the employee's here has a hair net or a cap on. I wish Ross Ave location would do the same.

Great place. Try the Cobb salad in the bowl or as a wrap. It is so good.Vegetarian options: Instead of your protein you can actually order tofoWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots but you also have to drive through.

Salads going up in price..sharing in size at most of the locations. Just charge more for them and give better portions...good salads..their just too stingy with ingredients when the first came to Dallas...they were great...im done!

Have been here 3 times in past few weeks... mainly because it's close and convenient for lunch. First time, ordered a wrap, they were out of wraps. Ordered a salad, they were out of the type of lettuce that was in that salad. Most recently, went for breakfast, they were out of eggs.... The food is good enough for the cheap prices, but whoever is in charge of ordering is doing a poor job. Additionally, the same employee has been there each time and she seems like she hates her life and has never once said hello or thank you...

First off, get cheddar cheese and have more protein options please; second, do not put my dressing in the salad container, it's not hygienic (did you guys learn nothing from COVID?!) Lastly, don't argue and nickle and dime me for an extra side of dressing please. I get it. Food is expensive but you will never have my business again. I spent ten dollars tonight. I eat salad a lot. If you had retained my business you would have made close to 500 off me this year. So was that extra 53 cents worth losing my business?

Food and prices are excellent but this is the worst location I’ve been to. The employees are always snarky and rude and make us feel very unwelcomed. They also get our orders wrong often. It’s sad because it’s the one closest to my house and I’ve been coming here for a while but I almost never want to go because of these reasons. Something needs to be done about this group of employees.

Love this place! Been coming since they opened BUT mobile orders is the SLOWEST! Just go through the drive through because it takes forever to get acknowledged and get your order. It’s unfortunate but it doesn’t make any sense why because they see a vehicle sitting at the window. Mobile pick up has got to be faster especially if I’m the only one at the window.

On 11/08/2023 @3:02 pm I ordered a wrap and drink that should have been $8.65.Pull up to the drive thru male Hispanic took my card for my order.Waited about 10 minutes,asked for my card..employee says nobody's gonna do anything to your card.Then the lady employee comes to the window and says that my card was charged $17.23 in error and the manager is sorting out the issue,meanwhile male employee starts cursing and threatening me because he made a mistake! I have never experienced anything like this! Mistakes happen but threats won't be tolerated.I will be contacting the corporate office on this matter! Come here at your own risk!
