Overpriced. $50 for a salad, a wrap, and a soup, plus waters. The service was strangely slow considering they weren't busy at all. It was also difficult communicating with the staff. Better off making a salad at home next time.

Been to several Salata locations and usually have a good experience. The staff at this particular Salata are exceptional. Always a great salad and super friendly service.

As someone who works in customer service and works in packing people’s online orders I am truly disappointed in salata. I placed my order online for delivery since I am having car problems and I am truly disappointed in what I received where are all my extras I payed for ? And where are most of toppings at ? I payed for extra pita strips and I didn’t know that consisted of three big pieces and a couple of broken pieces and not only did I pay for extra pita I payed for extra dressings as well and where are they ? Not with my order. Lastly half of toppings were missing I didn’t get my Parmesan cheese, apples, or my croutons and I checked to see if they were under the toppings they didn’t forget and they weren’t . This is so frustrating because this one isn’t even my go to salata but it’s the only one that offers delivery close to where I live. I called and requested to speak to the manager but he won’t be back till Monday so I left my contact information and I will be expecting that call on Monday. I will stick to going to the salata in Grand Prairie.

I love everything about this place. No matter what location I go to it's the same service and food wise. The dressings are homemade. The teas were great also

Ordered Online, Had To Wait 30min Past Estimated Time Of Completion. Poor Customer Service, I Was Ignored Several Times. Food Is Great But Not Worth The Treatment Or Wait Time.

I love this place fast simple healthy ingredients to make you feel good about your choices in life. Service was friendly with a smile and this location had a vibey by B downtown tone that was relaxed and subdued. Would come here again

The food was good. I love the variety of options they have. A++ on all of the flavored teas. The peach and raspberry are delicious. Service was pleasant. The inside feels dowdy and almost sad. I like the location on NW Highway the best. Not sure if it’s the decor and just felt brighter and therefore cleaner.

Amazing salads ?, I recommend to have the app installed beforehand to have an idea of what you’re gonna order otherwise you might miss out topping combinations, I loved it ?

I really enjoyed this place: Yes, the price for the wrap in my opinion is over priced for the portion size (I can admit the salad went beyond my expectation). If your exploring options it’s better suited to enjoy a salad for the price. Of course it depends on the individual preparing your salad but if the business has a standard there should be no reason this options doesn’t surpass your experience.

Absolutely my favorite work-day place for lunch. I have 2 offices in Dallas/Arlington. Right next to each is a Salata and I'm so glad. The food is super fresh, a wide variety and I never go hungry.Staff are fast and while there's always a line, I've never waited too long. Even if I had, the wait is worth it!Vegetarian options: It's a salad place. You can add crab, steak, chicken, if you want, but you can also build a salad that is vegetarian.Parking: I've always had a little trouble finding parking at many Salata locations, but probably because I go at lunch time.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen many wheelchairs in the restaurant. Not a problem getting around.Dietary restrictions: I'm a dieter. I try not to eat carbs. It's super easy to build a salad with lots of variety, and limits carbs and sugar.

The salad is fine employees prioritize Togo over in person. I stood at the counter as 3 Togo orders where filled and when I asked for help ordering she said she has Togo orders. That doesn't happen to me at other salata

Poor service. When asked if we could look at the many options they had the worker says "look we have 3 options, salad or wrap" in a very rude manner. We have never been to Salata and wanted to try it out but we left without ordering anything. No one else was in line either, I hate disrespectful and rushed service. I will not be coming back to this location and will be letting others know not to come to this location.

Customer service was really poor, I also found a piece of hair in my food. When I went back to get a refund they said no.

I found out about Salata only a couple of weeks ago, and now I go there twice a week. Currently living alone, I find that I can get a fantastic deal full of fresh ingredients for just $10 (not picking the premium items), enough to for 3 days of loaded salads without doing any chopping, not to mention single-item shopping. The store associates are very courteous and patient (I select just about all items from the salad bar). The other day, I was helped by Colt in Mesquite. His service was top notch. As a student of nutrition, I can highly recommend Salata for nourishing, tasty meals. Quick-salad restaurants should be everywhere. I'm a fan.
