Today we ordered from here for delivery for 8 people. From ordering to delivery everything was smooth and good. All food arrived fresh and as ordered, nothing missing or messed up. Everyone enjoyed their lunch, great presentation and taste. I ordered the Jalapeño Avocado Salad. It had the Salata mix, tomatoes, jicama black beans, corn, cilantro, feta cheese, fresh jalapeños, jalapeño avocado dressing, grilled chicken, and a croissant. It was just the right amount of spice, very good. Will definitely order from here again.

I come to this Salata for the convenience. Close to work. I've had good service and food so far. I get a wrap and it's always good. The pita chips have been stale several times so that is the only negative I have. It does get pricey with all the charges for add-ons.

This specific location inside Plazas of Americas started off STRONG. Salad Dressing was so flavorful!!!! And now it’s watered down and they are charging for it . ? not returning anytime soon.
Enjoy this location! I appreciated their patience with me when it was my first time and I was slightly overwhelmed. I miss seeing them as frequently as I did now that I'm working from home due to the pandemic.

Such a good salad. The line moves very quickly and you should be thinking about what you want ahead of time. The store was packed, but I got my salad in like 7 minutes.

I love Salata but I hate this location. I have ordered here twice and both times some of my items aren't on my salad. This time 5 thugs aren't on there! And when I went to ask for one of those five things because it's the first one I noticed they looked at me like I was making something up. Uploading the receipt starting from corn to olives chips, none of those things are in my salad. No chick peas no beans no corn or olives! The olives is what I had to go personally get. Last time I didn't even get croutons. Don't suggest ordering online, they seem to just not get everything there. They might be better if you actually are in line. Also not very generous with portions, some other locations will give you a way better meal than this one.

It reminds me of intermetzo. I really enjoyed the tahini salad. It may not look like a lot of food, but they pack the greens in. It's a bit pricey, but a nice healthy alternative. Also the people were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and kind.
Still can't figure out why their salads are so much better than mine, I think they have some special ingredients, lol. The mango dressing is unbelievable. Their organic tea is too. I'll definitely be back.

My new addiction just opened!! Love Salata anyway, and now it's just downstairs! Yippee!!! The team is so fast and moved the very long line faster than humanely possible. Very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of this favorite treat! Thank you for putting this one in The Plaza!! Can you bring the ice rink back now, so I can skate at lunch too?? Haha

This new location of the Salata franchise opened in the Plaza of The America's. I've eaten at one other location in Houston. The service was quick and friendly. They were well staffed for the number of people that will likely arrive the first few weeks after opening. It's great to have another healthy option available in this building. The menu is at the beginning of the line and is very clear about the process and what the symbols mean. They also add the caloric content of each option under the label on the counter which is quite helpful. I built my own salad and the vegan options were numerous. The food was very fresh and the wide variety of options was fantastic. The menu offers wraps and you can add soup as well. The location is very clean and they have organic tea at separate taps along the wall. Solid three stars...met my expectations and I will definitely return.
