A friend recently introduced me to this place and I thought it was great! With more and fire fast food salad places popping up, Salata gives you unlimited toppings for free!!!!! That's literally unheard of and I loved it! Aside from the premium items, I got the works in my salad-- black olives, carrots, banana peppers, Parmesan, mozzarella, almonds and croutons with double the Caesar dressing. A salad exactly how I wanted and for a great price! I got the small and I think it was about 9ish dollars. The servers were all quick and courtesy when helping us and the place was extremely clean. They had some tasty tea options, I opted for the iced green tea and that was the cherry on top of my light and fresh meal. I wish they had Salatas in the state where I live, but until then, I'll come back to this location when I'm in town! Thank you!

I always , always go to salata. They are my favorite. TODAY marked my worst visit. I just left. The girls were not friendly. Ok no biggie. For whatever reason, she was giving me half scoops of everything. I'm not a big eater or even a big person but she gave me child size portions. I got to the register and my bill was 4 dollars the normal. (No big deal but why) I asked why, she said the extra ranch and the extra scoop of nuts. I've never been told that. I gave her a 40 and she only gave me 2 dollars back. I was about to walk away and said, I believe you owe me more change. She said oops. I'm thinking to myself how I almost got ripped off and how many before me. I will for now on skip this location. Bad business.

I’ll start off by saying the location is horrible. It took me 20 minutes to find a decent place to park (I have a handicap placard for a reason) and still had to walk 2 blocks to get there. The service is less than desirable. I saw this place on Tik Tok and decided to give it a try. Never again! I was rushed through the line, so I didn’t have time to even look at all of the toppings to see WHAT I wanted! The servers appear to be disgruntled, and I paid almost $17 for a small salad and soda, and do not feel like I got what I paid for at all!! Do yourselves a favor and RUN towards Salad and Go if you want a great and fresh salad, without all the drama. I usually go to Salad and Go and get the Cobb salad, and it’s barely $6, but enough salad for 2 meals!! Not all it’s cracked up to be, in my opinion.Parking: Difficult to find parking closer, if you’re disabled and need closer parking. If you don’t mind walking across the street to the parking garage, or blocks away, that’s usually what you’d have to do.

As a regular who works next door and been going to this location for a year I have to say my experience today was more then upsetting. All 3 of us eat here and spend more then enough money at this location service was always good until today. The manager not sure what her name is, is not pleasant not sure if she was having a bad day. My salad was done incorrectly my coworker went to get the salad and I guess there was miss communication on the piece of paper that had the stuff that I wanted on the salad. The manager took the paper out and said okay I can add some chicken. I asked for a redo because the sauce was not mixed properly. For her to make a redo and take care of a customer for someone that spends 200 to 400 a month there should of not been an issue but there should of been a way for her to talk to people. She technically is in customer service. I will never go to this location to order and will let other people know about my experience because people always ask where to go eat around this neighborhood

I was very disappointed that my mere existence made the Hispanic ladies and the Indian lady so annoyed. First the Hispanic lady tried to give me some old lettuce and I asked her if they had some fresh lettuce , then she put very little in the bowl, and everything else I had to keep asking for a scoop cause she would only give 1/2 a scoop if that. The Indian lady was working the register but came to stand over her while she was fixing my salad . I don’t really know what her issue was, seeing as I only got 5 of the salad option from the bar, then I got to the register and she had a very smart mouth and tried to charge my for extra dressing when the lady never gave me a full spoon of dressing to begin with and she knew it but then again she gave me attitude and still corrected bill. I Will never spend another cent with this food chain again. Salads are just to easy to make at home, then to be treat like a charity case spending $20 on a salad . Never again !!!!!

We live in university park, our daughter attends the nearby dance school we came over after a Christmas performance for a bite to eat. Never again. We are still in the restaurant as I write this review. Beautiful decor. Thumbs down on freshness and service. I own more than one business and whoever made the investment here(the owner) should see this. Two thumbs down

5 star salads, so fresh & so delicious. My biggest problem with this store is that they are constantly trying to short you. Although 2 dressing are included with your meal...they will try to slide along the counter quickly, only putting in 1 dressing. On all visits, regardless of employee, they do not appear to want the customer to know, that with every salad or wrap purchase, you can include your choice of either a roll or pitas chips. Again, this is supposed to be included with your meal.Lastly they also have a point system, which you can use to earn points with every purchase. The system is a bit complicated & the staff do not ask if you have an account, they do not encourage customers to get or use it during the transaction...there is also little to no signage telling customers about this insore.All in all, the food is incredible..but I don't like the way I feel as a consumer about being shorted/cheated by any business out of points or salad dressing or rolls or pitas chips.
