Great salads and great people. There was a crazy lady with a catering order yelling at the whole staff about how to do their jobs. The staff remained professional and even helped my party out middle of the crazy lady’s micro managing. The staff remained professional and helped us out. Great place to eat. Will be coming back.

I usually love Salata and even have the app, but today, when I approached the napkin area, there were a few napkins there that someone else previously pulled out of the holder and just left there. I didn’t want to use napkins that someone else already had their hands on. So I attempted to throw them in the nearby trash, but the trash was full. So I laid them on top of the trash and pulled a few fresh napkins from the holder for myself. A man (perhaps the manager), came out from the kitchen, made a “stop” gesture with his hands and said “just be careful with the napkins”. I said “I actually didn’t make this mess. I didn’t want to use soiled napkins that someone else pulled out, so I placed them there. You should clean up more.” He just walked away….I ate my salad, but the exchange bothered me. So when I saw him again, I said “Excuse me, I just want to make sure we’re on the same page. Then I re-explained what happen.” He said “yeah it’s just that some people are careless with the napkins”. I said “but I hope you understand that has nothing to do with me.”…then he just walked away. My friend was sitting at a nearby table and saw/heard the entire exchange. She said “why is he obsessed with the napkins? Why did he say something to you about it?” I’ll stick with the other locations.

Never been to one of these places. No one spoke English and I had no idea what anyone was saying. I wish I spoke Spanish but alas, I do not. They don’t take cash, only card. Salad is okay. I won’t be back

First time trying out Salata and the customized wrap I ordered was absolutely delicious! However, the crew working the salad bar placed a dent in my experience. They all looked miserable and on the verge of either crying or punching a wall. It’s as if they are getting paid to look depressed…Not a good look!
