As a frequent customer, I encourage this location to take sanitation more seriously. From the workers frequently touching their hair and phones WITH GLOVES and not washing, removing and changing their gloves to handling food, this is absolutely disgusting. I watched 3 of the workers do this and serve 6+ customers in a matter of 10 minutes. That’s absolutely disgusting!

I wasn’t dining there, I was actually picking up a DoorDash order. I walked in did not receive a greeting, or anything. I’m standing there watching them make an order, they look at me. Don’t say hello or anything. Then this white man walks in I hear all of a sudden hello welcome and be right with you.Why can’t we all get that that? It is so frustrating. Because when I’m at work, that’s the first thing I say when I hear the bell hello welcome and I’ll be right with you. Do better.

I use to have 5 star experiences every visit but lately when I do a pickup order (hours ahead) and choose a specific time, it is never ready. I choose those times for a reason as I don’t have much time for lunch from work and it just eats into my time. Can we please please fix this, I love yall so much

I almost wolfed down a whole salad for close to $20. Its worth is most toppings are free. The ladies are amazing and the place was clean the healthiest biggest salad I have ever had! Will def return.

Walked in greeted by Ismael and he also made my salad told me what I could have and what was extra which is good then Robert asked if I needed to add anything else he got me with a pumpkin cookie salad was fresh and delicious had many drinks to choose from and it was clean inside

Great salads and great people. There was a crazy lady with a catering order yelling at the whole staff about how to do their jobs. The staff remained professional and even helped my party out middle of the crazy lady’s micro managing. The staff remained professional and helped us out. Great place to eat. Will be coming back.

I usually love Salata and even have the app, but today, when I approached the napkin area, there were a few napkins there that someone else previously pulled out of the holder and just left there. I didn’t want to use napkins that someone else already had their hands on. So I attempted to throw them in the nearby trash, but the trash was full. So I laid them on top of the trash and pulled a few fresh napkins from the holder for myself. A man (perhaps the manager), came out from the kitchen, made a “stop” gesture with his hands and said “just be careful with the napkins”. I said “I actually didn’t make this mess. I didn’t want to use soiled napkins that someone else pulled out, so I placed them there. You should clean up more.” He just walked away….I ate my salad, but the exchange bothered me. So when I saw him again, I said “Excuse me, I just want to make sure we’re on the same page. Then I re-explained what happen.” He said “yeah it’s just that some people are careless with the napkins”. I said “but I hope you understand that has nothing to do with me.”…then he just walked away. My friend was sitting at a nearby table and saw/heard the entire exchange. She said “why is he obsessed with the napkins? Why did he say something to you about it?” I’ll stick with the other locations.
