Saltgrass Steak House

On this very special night, we were disappointed in our overall experience. Food was late, apparently the order was misplaced, wait person wasn't very attentive, just excuses. Food wasn't hot when it finally came out. After having good service at other locations, this location didn't leave us with a good memory.

Our server was AMAZING - super attentive, nice, and helpful. Saltgrass has been a family go-to for years and will continue to be. We love the fried mushrooms, fried shrimp, ribeye, T-bone, and the complimentary bread, of course. Also recommend the raspberry iced tea!

My wife and I went on Christmas Day, we didn't expect the crowds but overall it was a great experience. Our server Blessings was awesome. It may have been a little slow getting drinks, food etc. However we understood that the staff was a bit overwhelmed with the turnout and being Christmas and all we didn't mind. Blessings kept checking in on us which was appreciated. The food took a bit to get there as mentioned but when it did it was hot and prepared well. The portion sizes were very good too and somehow we both managed to clean our plates which we normally don't do. That being said we will be sure to come back and enjoy another meal in the near future and hopefully have Blessings as our server!

The waitress was overworked and they were understaffed. The food took very long. Once we got it, it was overcooked. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Overall, very poor

The manager here is good. However the wait staff service is not as good as other locations. Unfortunately the food can be really hit or miss here.

I have been to several Saltgrass Steak Houses. The food, service and atmosphere has been consistently good. Prices seem reasonable and there is a good selection of different dishes, not just steak. I would go again.

I normally don’t like to leave a review but this has been one of the worst experiences ever. My steak comes out cold. They ask to remake it so I agree. As I’m eating one side of the steak I notice a burnt taste. I turn the steak to the other side and the other side is completely burnt. Called a manager over and all she said is I’m sorry. I definitely will not be back here. Whoever the cook needs to take more culinary classes. You can not put an already cooked steak back into the skillet. It will over cook and burn the steak as it did to my steak.

Wonderful experience, no real wait time with our reservation. Wonderful service with a smile. And very enjoyable food. The sweet potatoes never disappoint! The filet, salmon and chicken fried steak were tasty and cooked to our enjoyment. Not a bad way to spend an untraditional Thanksgiving!
