Waitress was too busy chitchatting with someone. Had to ask someone else to get us more drinks. Steak was under cook and again had to search for waitress to have it cooked more. Ask for A1 3 times before we got any. And they were not busy. Had to flag her down to get our check because again she was too busy visiting friends.

We showed up with a group of seven and no reservation. We were seated right away. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Steak was slight overcooked, but food was still good. Would certainly recommend for a working lunch/dinner.

Placed a to go order on their website. When we got home, our burger was missing the bacon. I called and was told they remembered packing my order and didn't put bacon. They said they couldn't give me a refund, but I could drive all the way back there to get it. They then proceeded to call me twice back to back and leave no message.

I stopped in to get a to go steak. I don’t who’s working the grill today but that steak was like butter. No steak sauce needed. Just the way I like a ribeye. I should have ate it there.
Texas Saltgrass was excellent, I'm a pescatarean and sometimes my choices are limited, but here I had a very good experience in my selection. I had the shrimp Alfredo and it was creamy, shrimp was plump and fresh so I will return to try everything pescatarean and I cant wait!! Waiter was named Brandon and he was so attentive, thanks for your recommendation BRANDON.... customers request him because he is awesome and not grumpy like the other waitress.

We had never had steak in Texas and the reviews said this was one of the best! They did not disappoint. Our “daughter” from Spain even approved of their shrimp. For a bunch of Kansas girls and a Spaniard it was a big hit. Would absolutely eat here again.

my experience at this location was horrible. 7/29/25 I called in a order at 11:34am the lady taking my order said it will be ready in 15mins. I arrived at 11:56am. a lady asked for my name she checked on order its not ready it will be ready shortly. Some mins. went by she checked on order again and told me they had a big order my order should be ready shortly. still waiting it's 12:17pm still not ready. during this time I gave lady $100 still waiting on change she asked supervisor to open register this was going on during 1156 til 1217 finally got order at 12:20. so I get to work and I always order well done steak guess what it wasn't well done it had pink and it didn't even have any flavor seasoning it was horrible normally I will finish it not that day
