Door dashed 2 Filet Mignon (9oz) Baked Potato & Salad. Got one Filet & meal for the price of 2. Restaurant was called multiple times before acknowledging. Managers finial solution .. full price as charged. Will make another meal if you pick it up. If I was willing to pick it up I would not have used Door dash to start with. Half the blame is on Door dash. Thank you for letting me get this off my chest, however I am still out $50. Boo on both of you. Don't think I won't share this story for the rest of my days because that is how I roll! ðŸ˜

This Saltgrass location is a hidden gem in the Dallas area. The food was great and the service from server to management was outstanding!

Firstly, I LOVE the food and the great service. But sadly, I am ENDING my Landry's club membership and will be discontinuing my business with this restaurant. This business has begun the controversial and distasteful practice of docking my hard earned points if I don't use them regularly. I fundamentally disagree with this practice and in light of this and comparable businesses that do not punish their loyal customers this way, there are better alternatives. Goodbye Saltgrass and Landry's. It's been a beautiful eight years. I can't abide by any business that literally STEALS from their customers, and that includes reward points.

Drinks were amazing, staff was great. My only issue is my food. Asked for a medium rare steak, the edges were fine but more towards the center was plain rare.

Came here for a family birthday party tonight and it was great! They were super friendly and accommodating while I was setting up the reservation. The hostess greeted me cheerily, the table was already set up for my group 30 min before the reservation, and our server Corey showed up within minutes ready to take orders and store birthday cakes. Corey ran to and fro for all 10 members of the party for almost 3 hours but never looked tired or irritated. Melissa, the manager on duty, was kind and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The only issues were in the kitchen. Someone ordered a steak well done and even after it was refired it was still medium. Corey apologized for the kitchen and Melissa took the steak off the check without hesitation. Excellent customer service. The other food we ordered was delicious, so a 4/5 there and 5/5 for everything else. I will be back!
