Salum is our neighborhood restaurant. Always good and consistent. The owner is always there to make sure all in tact. The waiters are all great and efficient. The drinks, wine and food always good.
Always a good choice - a sure thing when you are taking friends or family - great food and you can actually hear your guests
One of our favorite restaurants in Dallas. Abraham and his staff never disappoint. Delicious.
We always enjoy our nights at Salum. We love that the menu always has something new, the food is consistently very good and service is great.
I visit Salum fairly often. It's on of my regulars. Everyone at Salum always makes you feel like family. Last night I had the braised short ribs and they were to die for. I can't wait to return.

This was our first time to dine at Salum, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The menu looked great, and we like that they changed the items regularly. The food was delicious - we had the pate, house salad, Beef Wellington, Coq au Vin and brownies. Our waiter and the rest of the staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!
This was Spanish tapas and one pairing dinner.

I have been a customer at Salum for 20+ years. Abraham is a superb chef. You will never be disappointed with your choice of entree, appetizer, salad or dessert. I can't fail to mention the serving staff. Everyone of them are superb individuals.
One of my favorite restaurants of all time. Abraham is an absolute gem of a human and it's reflected everywhere with his staff, products and following. 20th anniversary menu is fantastic. Get the bread pudding.
What a pleasure it was to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Salum dining on gourmet cuisine that first appeared on the menu years ago, including my scrumptious entree of pan-seared scallops dating back to its debut in 2008! The service was attentive as always in an atmosphere of refined sophistication. Congrats to Chef Abraham on this well deserved milestone, and here’s to the next 20 years! Cheers!!

Salum is one of our favorite restaurants. It's small, service is outstanding, and the food is always fantastic.
We had a lovely dinner at Salum. We had 4 different entrees - the Coq a Vin, , the sea bass, the redfish in banana leaves, and the lobster dish. We had a nice bottle of Pinot and enjoyed the whole evening greatly.
Great food and really excellent service. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. It was very loud and difficult to hear each other. Maybe for two to four people at a table. Otherwise you cannot have a table-wide conversation. However everyone raved about the food. Lovely
Salum remains at the top of our list for a lovely, non-stuffy dining experience of excellent food and outstanding service!
The drinks were good. Short ribs were phenomenal but the beef wellington could have used more flavor. Otherwise our waiter Neal was very attentive and informative about the menu.
