Horrible customer service took almost an hour to buy a watch and cologne. The CSM was rude because I went looking for her. Will not recommend to any one.

So, I arrived yesterday, at about 9:52. And I only have a plus membership, so they told me, that I had to upgrade for $55, so I can walk in early. I understand the upgrade, but what I don't understand, is that it's eight minutes before my time to walk in. I have been in the store long before 10 o'clock, because I have to be at work for nine every day. And I go in at least twice a week to pick up snacks, cupcakes, and cookies, for all of our guest and customers. Other than that, the other issue that I've had, is ordering something at the café, and I ordered 12 pretzels and the girl behind the counter told me it would be 5 minutes and it ended up being 28 minutes. Then she just handed them to me and I asked for a box and she said 'We don't have any'. A manager saw me placing them on my basket, and went back to get a box for me to put them in.

This store needs a miracle and a blessing they try to do their best considering how busy they are it'll take a whole team of knowledgeable staff to keep it great so despite how it's going now I give props to everyone who gives it their all at this club every one's always ragging badly about this club but anyone who's actually worked here will understand and appreciate how easy it is at other clubs I wish they could train better and actually for there to be someone who wants to work there members go in sometimes with bad attitudes and that doesn't help just because you have a bad experience with one doesn't mean the next associate is at blame and if there's anything you need keep asking to speak to a manager there's kenny he's experienced the general manager Cesar cake from corporate so he knows his stuff too too bad he can't stay for the closing shift

The customer service at this Sam's Club is horrible! I do Club Pickup, and every single time I have to wait at least 15 minutes and end up having to call the service desk to get someone to help me. Today there were 4 women standing right by the Club Pickup desk, cackling like a bunch of hens(2 with green vests). Neither of the 4 offered any help or even spoke to me. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience each time I go there, and speaking to the store manager has yet to help.

Horrible customer service. Once they left there groceries scanner on our pick up order. I noticed it when I got home. I don’t live close so I called them to let them know but they repeatedly put me on hold and hung up in my face. And there customer service reps are so unprofessional over the phone. Another time they forgot half our groceries and again didn’t notice until I was home and said they had to “investigate” before they could refund us. They treat there customers like scum.
