My girlfriend had a flat tire while driving and was able to pull into the parking lot which was the closest thing. Now mind I have a membership and have had it for over 10years. I understand she didn’t physically have the card so I sent her a picture so they could help her atleast get her spare put on. She asked about putting her spare on or checking the tire for her and told her they couldn’t because she didn’t have the mebership. It’s an emergency situation that required putting a spare on for her, she’s literally standing out side the tire shop and can’t receive any help. I know if it was anyone’s wife of someone that worked there they would be beyond mad for not receiving help the way my girlfriend did. The way she got treated considering the situation is beyond me. The only offer given was to put air in the tire which I knew wouldn’t help becsue the tire was off the wheel and that’s why all she needed was the spare. Sorry to say that this happened and I know when I worked at that tire shop I wouldn’t have never done what they did.

Worst coustomer service ever. Went to service members desk for help with membership they just sent me to check online. Requested help from a floor manager said ohhh well check online. Only one willing to help was a selfcheck out attendant. Needed to verify info for 1st time Veteran member but had no help at all.
