Likely one of the worst dining experiences I've had in quite some time. I was here as part of a party of four. All of our broths were bland. They might as well have had poured water into the pot, at least then we'd have known what to expect. The sides selection was ok, nothing to write home about. The meat selection was ok, but most of the meats were chewy. There is a built in 15% tip. The waitress did nothing to deserve a tip..its self serve. Overall, we'll never be back. I would strongly discourage anyone from eating here. Way over priced for what they are offering.

TLDR: First wave of meat was great. Rest was extremely poor. Choices of sauces great. 15% automatic gratuity (for 2) and then asked for tip on the credit card receipt (check your receipts people!). Ended up more expensive than Manna Hot Pot across the street with poorer quality meat. Broth was great, spicier and more rich; however, I would head elsewhere if you're going for the proteins.I'm a regular at the Manna Hot Pot across the street. That was my first hot pot experience and currently holds the standard from these 2 locations. With that said, this restaurant is on the second floor. The atmosphere was great on a Saturday night, quiet, not too busy and clean. We got our broth pretty quick. The spicy broth here outperforms Manna. They also have potatoes/sweet potatoes if you're a fan and an excellent choice of house/chili sauces as well. Those were the pros. Now the cons...The first wave of meat dishes were excellent. Rib eye was great and pork belly was fantastic. The boneless short rib had cartilage in it, so we stopped ordering it after the first round. The second wave was extremely disappointing. The pork belly was 80% fat, and the rib eye was an off-brown color. I'm not exaggerating here, it was flat out brown with a tinge of redness and smaller than my fist. The first was of rib eye was large, vibrantly red, and healthy in appearance. They also added a 15% gratuity and then had the audacity to ask for tip on the credit card receipt that didn't list the 15% gratuity that was listed on the itemized.Thinking back, I'm guessing this is why the place wasn't absolutely packed on a Saturday night like Manna Hot Pot usually is. You know what they say; packed is a good sign of great business, both quality in food and service.

We went around 4pm and it was a very nice atmosphere. The meat the brought out had a great color and tasted better. I liked that They cared about hygiene and etc. Will have to wear mask and gloves when picking food. The house spicy special sauce was great! The ice cream was nice a rich with not watered down taste. I really liked the Chinese base. And nice cold rice wine to go with the hotpot on that cold day. Worth the price but be sure not to waste food because you will be charged!but all in all Perfect!

We went to try hotpot at noon on a Monday. This restaurant divided into two areas, ground floor to serve traditional Korean dishes where the second is dedicated for hotpot. We took the stairs to reach the hotpot area. The second floor was not brightly lit but enough to see everything. All you can eat items were on the side along with sauces and ice cream. Lunch offers four different kinds of meat, two kinds of beef, pork and chicken . They were sliced very thin. All you can eat shrimp and crab were not as fresh as I hoped for. The vegetables were very fresh and the sauces were very tasty.Wheelchair accessibility: The hotpot area Is located on the second floor. I didn’t see inclines nor elevators to reach the second floor so wheelchair access maybe a problem.

Just can’t recommend unless you’re allergic to flavor.I had the Shabu and let’s be honest here…the spicy house broth, the Miso and the chicken broth were all close to dishwater. Yeah with Shabu you need to build your broth from what you add to it but the base broths are just dishwater. Especially for the price they are asking. Also, the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty on a Saturday night, except from the assortment of Anime fan people the place was empty. That should have been my first indication that something wasn’t right. On the positive side the ingredients to add to your hotpot were many, mostly fresh and plentiful.Overall I found the food just as bland, tired and uninspiring as the decor. Both fit the other perfectly.

Do not go here. I walked inside and it smelled like rotten fish. I still decided to sit down and eat. The service wasn't the best but I can't blame they only server working. The broth itself had little flavor. $30 for 1 person. They had seafood layed out without being chilled no wonder it stunk up the place. And lastly they force a tip onto your bill. I understand for bigger parties but it was just 2 of us. 2 bites into my soup and I almost threw up from how bad it smelled... update. I got food poisoning

Food: 0 starTaste is not good. The soup base tasted like water.Service: 0 starDo not go to this restaurant. They mandatory charge customers 15% tips for less than 6 people and charge 18% tips for 6 or more than 6 people. They don’t want to provide customers the meat. They ignore your order of meat. They only want customers to eat those frozen vegetables and fish cake. You need to wait for a long time to get 3 small amount dishes of meat. Please do not waste your money and your time here!——————————————————————————2 years later in 2023, update just for reminding people do not waste your time and money here if you want no service and want to give mandatory tips. What a ridiculous place.

✨Average Food & Service✨✨Experience/Service - This was our first time trying this hot pot restaurant and when we walked in we weren’t sure here to go because there was no one to greet us. We saw a sign that said come to the second floor for hot pot, so we did. When we got up there, there was a worker with a pigeon in his hands walking in the restaurant (very strange - and unsanitary!).A waitress came over and took our order and let us know we could order 3 meats at a time. She was friendly and very attentive. When we got back to our tables, they had added our broth to soup bowls, but didn’t give any instructions on how to turn it down if we needed too. We both burned our mouths because the broth was too hot!We had waiters and waitresses check on us frequently, so I did appreciate that!✨Buffett - They have a really large selection of vegetables and seafood at the buffett! My husband got a clam and said it tasted pretty fishy, but I got several shrimp and they tasted fine! They also have a great selection of sauces. They also have self-serve ice cream.✨Food - they have a pretty good selection of meats and they seemed like they were good quality. I got the “original house soup” and my husband got the “Chinese Hot Pot HuoGuo” (mala spice). He said his was pretty watered down but had good flavor! Mine didn’t have a lot of flavor so I ended up adding chili oil.✨Cost - We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. They charge dinner price $28.99 on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays no matter the time. 15% gratuity is included in every check, no matter the party size.✨Overall, we had a pretty average HotPot experience, and because it was so pricy, we probably won’t be back.Kid-friendliness: They have private rooms that it seems like they were seating families with kids in.

In general, my experiences at the restaurant have been positive. It is worth noting that the temperature inside the restaurant can be quite warm, which I guess could be expected in a hot pot setting. But man, even when you're not near the steaming pots, there just doesn't seem to be any air moving. However, I believe that some basic upkeep and modernization is greatly lacking, particularly in the restroom area. The whole restaurant feels outdated and a bit neglected... also, dining guests shouldn't be able to see straight into the urinal from the dining area. Lunch prices are good! Drink prices are typical, if not just slightly high. The variety of options on the buffet is pretty good! There is room for improvement in terms of promptly refilling empty dishes, particularly for items like crab and shrimp. Nonetheless, I found the overall freshness of the food to be satisfactory and did not encounter any significant concerns. While I wasn't particularly impressed with the soup broth, it was fine. I would like for the Chinese broth to have more salt and Szechuan peppercorn. There is a hand washing station for guests, but the particleboard base is crumbling and the whole thing looks like it's about to fall over, be careful!I'd go back, but not really soon. It's worth checking out for sure!

Great value boba shop. ? meat quality was average. All you can eat for less than 30$ which included the shrimp, crab and crawfish. I been to much better hot pot places though.

Mama Sue was awesome and we were surprised when a robot delivered some of our food! Try the corn cheese as a side it's amazing, we had 7 orders of the corn cheese.

Went there for a weekday lunch. Neither the spicy hotpot or the spicy dipping sauces (except one) were actually spicy. The tofu seemed not fresh and was very rubbery and dry. The waitress seemed in a rush.

Cooking your own food at the table is always fun with the family! The atmosphere was excellent and the customer service was impeccable. The food was fresh, tasty and vivid. Definitely recommend for a change of pace. The pricing is high but certainly worth it.
