I wanna like this place but their chicken katsu sandwiches have that weird dense and compressed chicken bite to it that just isn’t appetizing.

Honestly we were so excited to come visit because of the online fuss, expected long line: we were ready for it. Sold out items: we were ready for that also. Them charging us for item they did not have and not refunding our money nor offering to give us another item NOT EXPECTING it has been well over a month now and they took our phone number and name down and still nothing. We even went as far as writing them(because you can’t call them) to tell them we would even be happy going a different day for the items but no type of communication. Businesses that steal from the people are just horrible. Never recommending.

We HAVE also contacted the email provided below and no response was ever received.

Really sweet place to visit! I had their sandwiches back when they partnered up with Goldee’s in spring 2022. Enjoyed their spicy katsu chicken sandwhich and the cream strawberry one. The spicy katsu was similar flavor profile to buffalo, not too spicy but enough kick! I also got their earl grey matcha latte. Really well made!

Would definitely come here again.

Perfect food to share between 2 people. Delicious drinks. And the seating outside was perfect in the morning.

Hey loved the area Fs. Employees were nice and chill. Unfortunately there was a a little red strand of hair my bfs Roasted Chicken sando😖first few bite was good tho. Mistakes happen. Didnt take a photo of the hair and take it back due us coming in a little later( 2:30). Loved the Matcha latte tho 😋😋

Tried it for the first time today because I seen it on my “For You” page on Tik Tok…The sandwich was a lil different and was very tasty, tastier than your typical chicken sandwich …I liked it and would of went back and got another one if the price wasn’t so high…The curly fries was just some basic curly fries, nothing special about it…I might go back one day if they lower the prices a little bit, or come out with combo pricing, but if not then no…

As far as parking, it must of been my lucky day because I parked directly in front of the building by the “jolet valet” signs without a problem

We drove an hour here and it wasn’t really worth it. Besides it being pricey, the sandwich’s didn’t taste like anything out of the ordinary. Also do they use Texas toast?? The spicy katsu was pretty good but the regular katsu and strawberries & cream was eh. I also got a lassi that’s was decent but not worth the price of it….

This fare is inspired by the Japanese sandwiches that can be found for cheap in a Japanese 7Eleven and the like, but leaves a little to be desired. The sandwiches in Japan have a lighter fluffier bread, and the filling for the egg sandwich, and fruit with cream sandwiches is smoother and more whipped. Also the strawberry and cream sandwiches here are way sweeter than the Japanese versions they claim to be. Also the Japanese versions have their crust trimmed off, these do not.
The price was high, but it’s downtown Dallas so I guess that’s to be expected. The service was solid.

Everything was so yummy, Jenni is the absolute sweetest. This was the first time I’ve seen mango lassi offered in a way like this and SO. GOODDDD AND REFRESHING. Hojicha is a green tea but literally so creamy and delicious.

Their sandwiches are massive and so filling. The shrimp one (don’t judge by the picture) is so good and I saw someone else w the egg and strawberry cream one and they’re also massive.

Def would come again
