I needed to get something quick and yummy as a vegetarian. I located this cool restaurant with decent variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The impossible, mushroom cheese burger was delicious. I’m not sure about the fries since they didn’t have the crunch I was expecting. The staff was nice and it was a pretty cool vibe.

The husband and I were looking for a vegan place in the Dallas area. Sankofa popped up as a go-to for vegan. I'm glad we went. The atmosphere was energetic and they not only sell food, but also sell liqour drinks, jewelry (bracelets) and T-shirts. Everyone was so nice and attentive to ones needs. The food was delicious too. I enjoyed the vegan chicken sandwich and hubby had the vegan steak burger. And those who don't eat vegan there is a separate menu with all the meats. 😉
I love Sankofa Kitchen. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The walls were adorned with beautiful art. The staff was extremely kind, courteous, and welcoming. I enjoyed a vegan burger that was absolutely scrumptious! I’ll be back.

I have not tried anything else her yet but the Turkey Burgers are the bomb and the people are wonderful makes you feel like you at home with the family.
Had the ground turkey nachos and it was good and fulfilling couldn’t eat it all chips tasted homemade

My little sister and I had Turkey burger and fried with the Protein bowl 🥣
She is very picky but killed all the food and I got the black tea hibiscus 🌺 and my lil sister got watermelon 🍉 slushy.
I got a Dusse Margarita for my Aunite too.
Everything had love and flavor in it.
