LA fitness is in violation of the law on right to privacy in the locker room and allows videotaping of others while nude.

I can't get them to get me any toilet paper. It's been an hour, and this is not the first time this has happened.

We went in. We paid for sixty days in advance and cancelled any future membership as we were leaving town. Next thing we were getting calls fishing for information. Turns out they intended to charge our credit cards without our permission going forward. Clear cut fraud. Called them. Took more than a while to get through the doublespeak (eg it took a manager but no manager had authority when we reached them). I may yet file an FTC complaint. I’m amazed a year later I still feel such irritation.

Love this place. Great customer service and the drinks are awesome. Highly recommend.

The personal training there is awesome!
