Everything about this experience was just OK. Our server seemed overwhelmed, and while the restaurant was busy, the station should've been divided up differently if she was going to be unable to attend to her customers. Food was mediocre. Portions were way too small and nothing was particularly outstanding. It was good enough, but I wouldn't be rushing back. PS if you are gluten-free a five dollar up charge is outrageous to sub in gluten-free pasta. I realize you may need to put on a separate pot of water, but that seems excessive to me, especially since pasta is not particularly perishable.
Sassetta was a 9/10 experience! Jessica was a great host, and we had the Rigatoni pasta, which was simply delicious! The location was in a great spot within the Joule Hotel, and everyone down to the valet was super helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was extremely clean beautiful. We will definitely be back!
excellent service and food, found it scrolling through opentable and we are so happy we went
Average at best. Nothing memorable. 6 of us for dinner. All our entrees was barely room temp.
They kept telling me I didn't have a reservation even after showing them my confirmation email. The food was cold and just had no flavor. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice
Fantastic braised meatballs and arugula salad. Spaghetti was awesome, especially with the lobster
Food was exquisite. Oh my. Run do not walk to this "Joule" of a dining experience. Service was impeccable. We will be back.
A really nice space with great service. All pastas are made in house. Cocktails are Michelin rated.
Food was great. Seems like the staff really prefers you to make a reservation, even during off hours when there are no crowds.
Amazing atmosphere, food is delicious and Chef Paulina is always attentive and very friendly. Will most definitely come back.

The food is pretty good. The meatballs 10/10, the chicken and honey pizza 6/10 - it was a little dry and lackluster, the martinis (lemon drops, tiramisu, and espresso) 10/10 were all good - strong and tasteful, the rigatoni was great 10/10 saucy well seasoned and fulfilling. The lobster pasta was meh 7/10- dry and minimal meat protein.
Thr service was great and the ambiance was perfect for date night or a birthday gathering.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring children here. This is an upscale restaurant. Mid level.

Happy hour is too late. Needs to be earlier like Frankies and Beehive
The atmosphere here is absolutely charming, creating a warm and inviting vibe from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional—our server, Amber, was not only attentive but also offered spot-on recommendations that elevated our meal. We started with the meatball appetizer, which was a true highlight, bursting with flavor and perfectly executed. For our main courses, we enjoyed a delicious chicken sausage pizza, perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts, and a standout apple and Gorgonzola salad that came generously topped with tender grilled chicken—they certainly didn't skimp on the portions! Dessert was a tiramisu that capped the meal beautifully. The only misstep was the house-made ginger ale, which we found overly bitter and spicy for our taste. Overall, though, this was a delightful dining experience we'd happily repeat.
