Talk about above and beyond!!!!! I came here for my lunch and received some of the BEST customer service of my life!!! First off the food was really good. With it being my first time here, I was greeted with all smiles and the menu was explained very well. To top things off, I was going through car troubles in the parking lot, and the Manager (I think he’s the manager) Nathan went out of his way to come and give some assistance. He even allowed me to wait inside for my tow truck to arrive. I’ll definitely be back!!

Went through the drive through, ordered the number 1 with no customizations. They handed me my shake, and told me to pull around front. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I realized they must have forgotten me, so I went inside. They apologized, but this was still unacceptable. My shake was melted before I got my food.

I had a great experience at Savvy Sliders in Dallas! The food was delicious—especially the the steakhouse and everything came out fresh and hot. A special shout-out to Assistant Manager Nae, who was incredibly pleasant and helpful during my visit. I’ll definitely be back soon—and next time, I’m trying one of those hand-spun shakes I keep hearing about!
