Terrible customer service. Parked my car and went across the street to see a friend while waiting for them to open at 10 am so I could grab a bite to eat and they had my car towed. So much for ever eating here. The lady in the front would not help me or understand anything.

The male who works the drive thru is rude. Third time I've gotten rude service from the exact same person. He cut me off before I even finished my order today, with a rude/irritated tone as if I pulled up to his home to place a order. Go take some medication or find another job. Anyway, I'll never return.

Best sandwich you will ever eat, fresh sourdough bread, lots of meat and veggies with their own sauce.... I gotta have the GIANT deluxe original which is double the meat, every time I go along with the Jalapeño chips and all you can drink sweet tea. If you've never had a SCHLOTZSKYS sandwich, you're in for a big surprise. And a great treat.

I ordered two turkey sandwiches. Just turkey. No lettuce, no mayonnaise. I get a turkey sandwich with salami and mayonnaise. I gave it back to the guy he said pull over. I pulled over 15 minutes later. He's waving from a gate to get my sandwich.

I recently visited Schlotzsky’s for the first time and regrettably found the experience underwhelming. Despite arriving with 25 minutes remaining until closing, we were told we could not dine in—a policy that felt unnecessarily rigid given the remaining service window.
The food itself was poorly prepared and lacked freshness; ingredients appeared wilted and the sandwiches were assembled hastily. The dining area showed signs of neglect, with tables and floors in need of more frequent cleaning.
Service compounded the disappointment: staff members were terse and gave the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. There was no visible management engagement to address these issues or to turn our visit into a positive experience.
Overall, Schlotzsky’s fell short on both quality and hospitality. I hope the team revisits their closing procedures, food preparation standards, and customer service training to better serve future guests.

I came to this location, on Gaston, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. I came through the drive-through. The gentleman who was working around 9:40 PM, with the mustache and goatee, was extremely rude. Every question I asked him. He acted as if he had a problem with answering it. His customer service was absolutely horrible and the manager should know how he is treating his customers. I really hope he is not the manager because if he is, the district manager needs to know about his Behavior. I will never come back. he did not even tell me thank you when I left or have a good day. If I could give this Store and his Customer Service “0” starz., I would. i’m calling Corporate first thing in the morning.

Food was delicious! Fast and easy too. The only thing I would say is to make sure to keep tables wiped down. It was not busy and almost every booth was dirty other than that great place to go.
