Don't know who runs this place but it's low effort af. The sandwiches are acceptable but the staff seems like they don't want to be here. More than half the ordering screens have been busted for weeks. Very low effort.
Dietary restrictions: The reason I keep coming back is because they've done a decent job of not cross contaminating gluten-free items. My wife, who has Celiac, who has not gotten sick once, is a fan of the franchise.

The disrepair of the menu boards is a pretty good indication of what's happened to the schlotzsky's. Owners don't seem to care about anything anymore. Often things are out of stock causing the employees have to make sandwiches without the product is supposed to be on there. There are lots of other places in the area to eat, and I would suggest going to any of those before coming here anymore. What was once a nice shop, has really fallen.

I haven't been to this location in a while. But I enjoyed going there. The food was good. It was a nice location, and I remember the employees being pretty kind. I don't recall having any issues with my order any time that I went either.

Vegetarian options: Don’t get a veggie sandwich here. I bought two large veggie sandwiches and paid for extra cheese (total was about $36.00 + $4 tip). I paid about 20 minutes before closing. When I got home, I found a thin layer of cheese, some cucumber slices, a few slices of tomato, a few pieces of onion, lettuce, and not much else. Too late to return the sandwiches so we each ate half. I tried to get my money back the next day. Cashier offered $18 refund. But manager said remake the sandwiches. No thanks.
Dietary restrictions: Veggie sandwich is meager. Go to Subway where they make an excellent sandwich called Veggie Delight.

Came in 11/27 6:45p the lady behind the counter said they are out of a lot of things. My husband asked like what. She said meat bread like that. I asked if she could do a cheese original. She said no, so we left. If you all are out of food, then that's bad management.
Why pay employee's to be there, if there is no food.

I went there tonight and ordered a large potato soup, the cashier informed me that there wasn’t enough to fully fill the large and so I asked if there could be some sort of discount since it’s not fair to charge full price if I wasn’t going to get the full amount that is normally given and he said no he couldn’t do that. So I ordered a large tomato soup but they didnt have any of that.
It’s just so frustrating that this restaurant seems to never have enough stuff in stock for its customers. Iv had multiple issues with this location but today was the last straw. The schlotskys off Town East is temporarily closed so I had to come to this one but this store just doesn’t seem to be managed very well.

We had to clean a table and wait about 20 minutes or so for our sandwiches & they weren't as good as others I have had. We got the original, but there was way too much ham on them and no onion. Pretty disappointed with this one, unfortunately, because Schlotzsky's is one of my favorite places to eat normally.

I come here Wednesdays regular for a buy one get one pizza, the teenages who work in the back are really point, got my order done less than 10 minuets and it look great

I visit this here for lunch on a regular and based on the area you would expect better service. The cashier misinforms about deals you present to them, the cleanliness of the restaurant is below par, and they are always out of Cinnabon desserts, soups, or chips. I submitted a complaint and review in relation to my experiences at this location and received in return via email “your responses have been archived”. Clearly Schlotzsky’s isn’t concerned about the operations of this location nor the quality of service it’s costumers receive.
Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. I put an order in online, went to pick it up, and was told they were out of half of the items so I asked for a refund. I was told the manager wasn't there to give one so I had to call customer support. I did, they told me each location is franchised so the manager was the only one who could give the refund. So I called to talk to the manager, was told they still weren't there and then THEY CALLED ME BACK wanting to know why I called for a manager. After I explained I was told again to call customer services and when I told them that I was told only the manager could give me the refund they said that wasn't true and there wouldn't be a manager in store for a week and a half. Were I suspicious I would think they were just hoping I would give up and not get my money back.
If you can't be good at your job you should at least be polite.

love schlotzky's but this location is just not good, probably the 3rd time i've ordered from here and the 3rd time they've gotten something wrong, from throwing a pre-made sandwich in w/o worrying about special requests to sending the wrong chips/drinks or omitting things in general, they just cant get an order right - others have been fine, just probably don't order from this one
