My wife ordered from this location. Not only was her sandwich pathetic, I ordered a French dip and the cup that the au jus came in was covered in mold. The lady said all the other cups were fine which I don’t believe. It was absolutely disgusting.

Went on 4/10/24 ordered bogo pizzas. The supreme pizza was cold and needed to be cooked longer. The California flatbread pizza needed more time to cook it was cool. The strawberry chicken salad had many wilted leaves

Their website lists this store as ope ing at 9:30; it will take your order, tell you to go pick it up, and when you get there, the store is closed and doesn't open until 10:30. Bad look!

We order 2 medium sandwiches to go.The original had 1 black olive & no cheese.The turkey & guacomole had about a teaspoon of guac & 1 tomato.We paid over $20.Guess no more to go orders.Very disappointed!

Don’t go here if you have a coupon. They won’t honor it - received a flyer in the mail specifically listing this location. Double checked the expiration date was still good. Made a trip specifically here to use the coupon and they didn’t honor it - then the lady at the front desk tried to convince me I should still get the items at full price. No thank you. I’m done. Don’t like being tricked or manipulated.

I’m very disappointed, I was unable to use the T-Mobile deal for a free sandwich with a drink purchase because the timer ran out while waiting in the line. I patiently waited so I wouldn’t disrupt any other customers in line and couldn’t believe that with only one minute of the timer running out from waiting that she would tell me she couldn’t give me a sandwich. I couldn’t believe after explaining the situation and even trying to show a screen shot displaying the timer and time, that she was not understanding. I was waiting in line with my baby in hand for no reason . She even went as far as lying by saying they aren’t taking them at that location when some customers in line before me used them.

This is the 4th time that I visit this location and let me tell you that the type of attention that these young employees give is better than many other places with experienced employees. The food quality is the best and fresh. They young lady Rose I think is her name is very sweet and I think she even memorized my order being this my 4th time there. Definitely our Wednesday dinner spot from now on.

This place was horrible they have rude service. The lady kept looking at us with a rude and disgusting face. The lady in the back were just talking and doing nothing at all. I recomend that nobody should go to this place. We will never ever come back to this place again.

I had ordered a drink and there was no Tea in the despenser. I asked the young male attendant if there was any other available and his answer was No and he didn't make the effort to apologize or offer an alternative then I asked to be reimbursed for the drink and the guy looked at me as if I had asked him to do something extraordinary ? His demeanor was lazy and he seemed to have an unprofessional attitude. Management should do a better job of training staff and teach this young man, how to provide professional service and he should also be taught that attitude is 99% of what we are all in control of, bad attitudes are a dime a dozen. A good attitude, provides a good experience for the customer. I won't be going back to this location.

Delicious sandwich, excellent atmosphere and very attentive employees. I visit this place in the mornings and I notice that they do not sell coffee and sometimes the tables are a little dirty.

Vulcan Materials Hotshots Used equipment purchase

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes no proble. Went to pick up and the clerk said we don’t have the order. I tried to show my receipt and she offered no help and no interest to try and help. I left with no food and no possible resolution or contact. I was charged and ultimately ripped off. What the heck is wrong with customer service/appreciation at that place. No one answers the phone there also: Hoping someone reads this cares and will reach out to me to solve. I want what I paid for or a refund.130pm. 1–14–24.

What has happened to Schlotzsky's...?I grew up on it knowing I could get a great sandwich packed with meat.This in-town visit was below expectation, no meat, more lettuce than 10 rabbits could digest.
