Who knows, she was argumentative, I called in good faith, asking about her products, she didn’t want to listen, she was too busy telling me, everyone else likes, it. I’m not everyone else. I’m a customer trying to make you aware. I will never come back to your location. With that lack of customer service, I pray no ones does.

This was my third visit to this location and it is not at the standard of most I've been to. First, the service is always great. However, the regular original I usually get has bread that is always under-toasted and the inside is still cool. This should be a warm sandwich. I will always give Schlotzsky's my business, but maybe not this location.

Customer service is not so great at this location. You all should just go to the cedar hill location.
Me experience-I ordered online and got to the establishment to pick up the order. When checking the order I thought I was missing a sandwich so I adivised an item was missing. The guy at the register asks me for the detailed receipt and says “the receipt should be in there. We always put it in there. Unless it was taken out.” I was immediately offended because it came off as if he was trying to say I was up to no good and purposely took it out. Long story short the kinder older lady explained to me the breakdown and I realized my boyfriend ordered something different than he told me did so nothing was really missing. Immediately the same guy goes “yeah we made it right”. Just no need to even say that. I wasn’t rude at all at any time I spoke even when I felt like the guy was being rude. Oh yeah, they forgot to even give me the receipt the guy tried to accuse me of taking out. I never even got one from then. Also, the cinnamon roll thing was horrible. Anyway, I’ll just head to the Cedar Hill location from now on if I ever try this food again.
Don’t come to this location. The staff is constantly fighting. When I asked for a cup of ranch the guy/ owner (They are so horrible they can’t get any employees besides their own family members) demanded 54 cents for the ranch- which I was fine with but I didn’t have cash only the credit card I paid with- he was furious that I didn’t have a card and tried to refuse the ranch because I couldn’t pay in cash! He sat there and argued with me for like 5 minutes! I asked him if he just wanted to refund ALL of our food and he decided he could run my card for the 54 cents at that point- SOOO RUDE!! The cedar hill location is the same distance and I’ll be taking my business there from now on. I doubt this location will be in business much longer- they are always empty and it’s probably because they are always rude and fighting amongst themselves! They create a very negative customer experience!!
