Great spot for lunch getaway from the job. Quick service also.
My food was fine and the place was super clean but the staff aren't to friendly. No smiling faces and a sense of them not wanting to be there.
Gave me the wrong order! I got it to go. Didn't notice til I returned to hotel. It's one of my favorite things and I'm from New Orleans. Very dissapointed still hungry it was a small on top of everything else.

Food fresh and well made as always. Wish they had a drive thru. When you wait on take out orders there's not much room to stand. Nice staff.
Best Schlotskys in Dallas. That's what I think about that. One can get a half of two different menu items, Any two items and that is more than I could ever ask for. I'm always glad I ate at this place!
The food was good but the place just wasn't as clean as it should be. The staff wasn't very welcoming either. If I was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile and didn't see bugs flying and landing in my drink and lap. I would have given 5 stars. To top that off, when I was ordering I stepped back and landed on a pickle. The cashier told me "oh you stepped on a pickle"- never said sorry, or let me clean that up or get someone else to do it. Too bad because they do have good food. Since they didn't want to clean up the place and flying small bugs took over the dining area I don't think I could comfortably eat here no matter how good the tomato basil soup or salad is...just makes you wonder about the kitchen???

Place is clean, nice service....all was good until I took a bite and something tasted funky. Opened my sandwich to a piece of green meat....green like grass. No reason for me to go back

Tried the original and wasn't disappointed! Huge sized sandwich for what you pay for. The sourdough bread is amazing and really makes the sandwich!
Clean, modern, friendly environment. Not to mention the yummy sandwiches. Top notch place for a meal.
