We went on a Monday night so it was pretty empty. However, the food, service and vibe were excellent so I definitely recommend if staying at the hotel or nearby. Lots of games to play!

Arrived and was basically told we did not have our table. Didn't seem to care much about trying to accommodate our group. Service was also slow. It's a cool place and atmosphere, but I'm just assuming they're understaffed.

There didn't appear to be any staff other than the bartender so we gave up and went to a different restaurant.

Very cool place. Waitress Mariel was great, and super nice. It was slow on a Monday night, but plenty of tvs with sports, and also, the food was Great. I had the BBQ brisket plate, and it was a lot of food that was really good. Brisket was 3 large sliced portions with awesome seasoning, also came with 6 large slices of smoked sausage, a large bowl of green chile mac and cheese, and some slaw, and it was all on point. $23 in downtown Dallas, cant beat that. And they have a 4-lane bowling alley, pool tables, corn hole, trivia… very cool.

Food wasn’t out of the world great, it tasted fine, as expected. We got load tot’cho’s and smoke signal burger.

Taste of food was also reflective of the service, which was fine. Not particularly warm or cold. Server did the job so no complaints but nothing outstanding.

To the women, coming in on a thursday night grabbing dinner to go may feel slightly uncomfortable (if you know you know). I recommend trying to call to order and pick up when ready so you don’t have to wait there long.

The food was good. The service was lacking but my low stars is due to the bartender/ waiter overcharging my card. He charged me twice for a total of $600 for an $80 tab. He never even informed me that he made a mistake. I received a text from navy federal and asked the waiter. He then said “oh I made a mistake but fixed it.” The manager had to be called downstairs and said it would be corrected in two days which it is still not. I called my credit union and they said the manager could have taken care of that immediately but didn’t. So I have to wait an additional day for my funds to be returned. This ruined my evening. Very unprofessional and should have been handled correctly instead of offending a free drink. I’d much rather have my money refunded.

Very cool atmosphere. Priced about how you'd expect for a hotel restaurant in downtown Dallas. Service was ok, food was not that great. Drinks were good.

The atmosphere at Scout is awesome! It’s a great place to hang at the bar, go bowling, play pool, or an assortment of other games. We didn’t get any food but we did order some drinks. The first bartender we had seemed very unfamiliar with the menu as we both had to repeat our drink order when she seemed confused. She then had to use a menu to know what to put in the drinks. The drinks turned out alright, nothing amazing but not bad. The staff was overall friendly but not the quickest. The biggest reason Thai isn’t 5 stars is that there is an undisclosed automatic 20% gratuity on the check. There was only two of us so it wasn’t for having a large group. I had already tipped cash so it would’ve been really nice to know they were going to force me to tip at the end also. The experience was definitely saved by Omar, he came up to us while playing pool and offered to set up bowling for us, asked if he could get us any more drinks or anything else. We came back the next morning (Sunday) for free bowling. We were the only customers there but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t hover but they made sure we had anything we needed. Overall I recommend trying out Scout but don’t expect super fast service and make sure you read your check to see if you want to add to the non-optional 20% gratuity on every ticket.

Clean place, but no hand chalk for pool and terrible ping pong balls, also, $12 for a white claw?!

Came to Scout with a party of 6 celebrating a BD. At first, seems like a normal sportsbar with a decent bar & foods. But was pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted. From appetizers to main entrées, all were so tasty. The only side dish that needs to be improved was the Cole slaws (hint for the chef). Javier at the bar was so enthusiastic & helpful with our drink/find order & bowling games setup. Ended up our group stayed for 2 hours dining + 3 hours of bowling. Will definitely come back again. Thanks to all the kind people serviced us at Scout on such a memorable day. See y'all again, soon!
