DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, they will charge you whatever they decide to charge you for your meal, their online menu shows one price, the menu outside of the door shows a different price, and the menu they give you at the table is yet a different price. They will rip you off in a heartbeat. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

Casual place to eat close by.
Since I have been to a million Mexican restaurants I've come to expect similar flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by bright, fresh flavors, and a little heat. Delicious salsa! Delicious carnitas Verde!

Senor Bean is a little hole in the wall restaurant with better than average Mexican fare.

I had a very pleasant experience. Very attentive and fast service which is needed when grabbing lunch during your limited lunch hour.
I highly recommend!

Cute lil place, but the salsa was too spicy to eat. Cheese dip was good. Chips very fresh. I ordered combination fajitas, lunch style. Don't be real hungry cause you are gonna need to order something else to go with it.
And the onions were completely raw, I mean no heat. Usually can't eat all my fajitas but I cleaned the plate except for the raw onions.

A miss all around. The waitresses acted like they didnt want to be there. The food was overpriced and was nothing like authentic Mexican food. Everything was bland. The complimentary salsa was all spice no flavor.
No joke the most chilled bar glass I’ve ever had in my life this shit stuck to my hand like that kids tongue from a Christmas Story. 5 stars.

Giving them a five star rating because their customers services was amazing. The drinks are great and affordable, the food was tasteful. Ordered food for our Volleyball team and there was no leftovers- statement to their food..

I stopped by Señor Bean in Dallas during my recent trip, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my visit. If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Mexican food served in a casual, no-frills environment, this place hits the mark. The menu is simple, straightforward, and incredibly well-executed. I ordered a fajita salad with tortilla soup, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The refried beans and rice were standouts on their own—seasoned just right and perfectly cooked. Their red salsa was also excellent, with just the right balance of heat and tang. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, even without the upscale presentation or trendy atmosphere. The staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. Even during the lunch rush, service moved quickly without making it feel rushed. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable—especially given the quality and freshness of the food. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a longtime local spot: unpretentious, clean, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where locals keep coming back, and once you try it, you’ll understand why. If you’re in the downtown Dallas area and craving a hearty, no-gimmicks Mexican meal, Señor Bean is definitely worth a visit. It’s not flashy, but it’s consistent, honest, and delicious—a true local gem. Would you something more casual or humorous?
Always good. They have a nice warm salsa with a kick.

Full of flavor! I went during lunch. Hint: get there around 11:30am to guarantee a table. This place is a'hopping! The chips seemed hand made but don't quote me on that. I love the hot sauce. It reminds me of the hot sauce of the Yucatan area. And getting the right consistency in refried beans is a trick, and Senor Bean's was perfection. I ordered the burrito with spicy beef. Just the right amount of heat. My only disappointment wasn't a chili rellano dish on the menu. Maybe it's too time consuming for such a small place and needing to rotate tables quickly. 🤷♀️
Been here several times. Had a few gnats last time, this time they were oc. Unapologetic staff, food was mediocre, & margs were sour. Tex-mex standards are too high for mid food & mid service.
This is one of my absolute go-to spots when ordering catered lunch for the office! The food is consistently amazing, the customer service is always top-notch, and they never miss a beat when it comes to delivering quality. Everything is packed with flavor—and for our Cinco de Mayo celebration, we added frozen margaritas to the mix, which were a huge hit! They came with all the bells and whistles to top off each cup perfectly. Thank you for always making our office lunches so memorable!
