Sfereco is a must-visit pizza place located in Plano, Texas. This restaurant is known for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the delicious aroma of freshly baked pizza filled the air. I was impressed by the variety of pizzas available on the menu, with plenty of options to satisfy any taste preference. I opted for the 6 Shooter pizza, which had pepperoni, Italian sausage, soppressata, capicola, mushrooms, bell pepper, red onion. In addition to the pizza, I also tried one of their salads, which was a refreshing and light addition to the meal. The salad was made with fresh greens and a variety of toppings, including cherry tomatoes, red onions, and balsamic vinaigrette. They also offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, and desserts.

I'm sure this place has to deal with a bunch of drunk people trying to eat pizza after exploring downtown Dallas. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I'm confused why it took them over 30 minutes to make two large pizzas for the group I came with, when we were the only customers there for the first 15 minutes after our order. If it took that long to make the pizza, then a general timetable as we ordered, or before, would have been nice to know. The pizza was good enough, but nothing special. It was definitely not worth the wait when it wasn't even busy.

Staff was very inviting and extremely courteous. My friend and me were extremely satisfied with the food. It was delicious! Great vibes everywhere. From my understanding this establishment is under new management. Was very disappointed to see negative reviews on here. Thanks Pedro for the great service, very appreciated!

Pizza was very delicious! Israel made our pizza fresh in front of us and even brought it out to our table very kindly, and my family and I really enjoyed our dinner! Hopefully on our next vacation we can visit again!

We went to Sfereco during a Dallas trip in 2022. The service and food was incredible! We are currently in Dallas for another trip, and Israel was happy and eager to serve us again! He is one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure to meet at a restaurant. Great food for a great price!

Israel was making it happen tonight!! Our first time here in Dallas and this spot was open and closest to our hotel!! Pizza, ravioli and the wings were fire!!!! Thelma and Louis pizza was fire!!! 6 shooter pizza is fire!!!! Highly recommended!!!

My husband and his brother loved the pizza they split. Their other brother loved his meatball sub. We had another friend that also ordered the orecchiette, but originally requested spaghetti, but it was unavailable. I requested rigatoni, but also had to get orecchiette. It was just ok to me. They also didn’t have 2 of he beers that were on display. They gave us an appetizer due to the inconveniences. So that was good.

I used my trusty Yelp app to recommend a lunch place for my family, but my selection was overridden in favor of a trendy downtown restaurant. The location is within/near the famed Statler Hotel, which seemed promising. But we were disappointed by how empty it was at noon on a Saturday. I thought, well that could mean fast service. But what it pointed to was disappointing service. I struck out on 2 of the featured beers that were shown on display on the counter. So I went with water. For pasta, both my selection of ditalini or even rigatoni pasta were unavailable as well as my friend's request for spaghetti. So we both agreed to the orecchiette. When the food was brought out, it appeared appetizing, but I wasn't pleased. It was sufficient; not bad, but not great. My husband and his brother were thrilled with their supreme style pizza. I tried a slice and it was decent. My other brother in law loved his meatball sub. They actually comped us an appetizer, possibly for our trouble. So they do care. I just was expecting more. A local friend told me they had all kinds of amazing exotic pizza selections, but I didn't observe that. So maybe it's me. Just sharing my experience. Toodles.
