I love dinning at Sfuzzi, very friendly staff. The food is always delicious, fresh, and tasty! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants!

Closed for good suddenly without communicating to patrons who had reservations over a week after the last day in business. If you didn’t communicate the closing to customers I know you didn’t give employees a good enough heads up.

Horrible! TV’s so loud you can’t hear. Waited 45 minutes for our food and way sub par. Never coming back. Way too many good Italian places in Lakewood that blow this away and this one won’t last, Don’t waste your time.

Went for a quick midnight snack, the service was great 😊 the pizza tastes delicious too, if you are a pizza 🍕 lover I would recommend you try them out.

In for dinner 12/11/24. Service (Jacob) was solid but otherwise lot's to be desired and lot's of better choices in the area. Problem 1: left still hungry. Portion of Ravioli undersized by at least a third (and arrived lukewarm) and Chicken Piccata was served without veg or even pasta - just a medium portion of meat in sauce. Problem 2: Supermarket wine should not start at $15 per glass. Restaurants have to make money but this is not the way. Problem 3: Noise. Unlucky to have been there the night the restaurant hosting a Xmas party without dedicated/enclosed group space. So, girls in Xmas outfits shrieking. Less a matter of timing, background music selection says "staff captured"; not selected to be 'at least OK to most customers'. Without some substantial re-working of formula/execution, skeptical that this is a place that will attract repeat diners.

Okay this was my first time here and unfortunately my experience was not good. Anthony was our bartender and it was probably the worst customer service experiences I’ve had this year. First thing first, our group (4 people) comes in right before 1am. So after being greeted and given menus no one expresses to us that the kitchen is closed at 11am. So we tried to order pasta and he says the only thing we have available is pizza and garlic knots. When I asked Anthony why are you just now telling us after we’ve been sitting here for 8 minutes? He said you should’ve looked on the website. In my opinion that was unprofessional it’s your job to let us know what is available. Next, when I was trying to order a pizza I was completely ignored and Anthony tried to take a group that entered after us order. After trying to get his attention for 3 minutes we finally found a man who we thought that worked behind the bar to give our order, but apparently the order was never put in by Anthony. We were waiting for almost 45 minutes for our pizza to come out and when we asked where was our food he responded by saying “I never put it in, I thought yall just ordered garlic knots and yall were all together.” Keep in mind the person that ordered garlic knots order 5-8 minutes after we ordered. He never checked on us throughout that experience, he wasn’t friendly, he was rude to my boyfriend and was arguing with one of our friends. When the pizza was finally put in at 1:50pm he never apologized or checked up on us. In my opinion he is very unprofessional to only be working there for a month. 0/10
Cool little pizza/italian spot in Knox Henderson. Pizza and garlic knots are a must try!

I went to Sfuzzi with a few friends and it was a terrible experience. The pizza was fine, but the service was not great. The pizza came out on time but my friends who ordered apps, waited more then 40 minutes to receive the food and we had to mention something to multiple staff. Just disappointed over all.

I dined at sfuzzi for the first time yesterday. Needless to say I will not be going back. We got there at a slow time around 4/5pm and all we ordered was appetizers. It took at least 40 minutes for some dip and bread to show up to our table. Our waiter came and checked on us once and asked how our food was while we had NO food sitting at our table. We asked where our food was and he looked at us as if he didn't remember us ordering anything. we had to ask multiple times for water and for an update on our food. Not worth it!

I’ve been here a few times before and NEVER have been treated how I was tonight. I always get the chicken Parmesan sub with spicy vodka pasta. Only today I was met with a 9 up charge?!!!! That makes the mean $40 and I’ve never been up charged before. I drove 45 minutes here on an empty stomach and 6pm and this is what I was met with. NEVER AGAIN! The waitress had 0 answers, the entire staff was hanging out at the bar talking and bs’n and the whole vibes were terrible.

Dr. Pepper was flat Calamari was undercooked And the pizza we ordered came out with crushed red pepper on it - which they have never done that before and we used to eat here fairly often. The waiter was half-assed All this combined with the fact at 10:00 it turned into a club where it was impossible to even talk to each other.
