This was a really enjoyable lunch with my Work colleagues. I had the cheeseburger with the crinkle cut fries. It was very tasty and cooked just right. They also have some really good fruit drinks and they have triple filtered water on tap. It was very refreshing. Very friendly staff as well.

They didn’t know what happened to our order. Waited for an entire hour. Nobody apologized they just quickly remade it and it tastes like it. And we’re the only black ppl. Everybody before and after received their foodSo it’s giving a bad vibe. Root beer good

My meal was awful. The hamburger was burned, it was not served with the lettuce and tomato and I had to go back to the scowling kitchen for them. The "spicy" fries are nothing more than a few shakes of something very salty and were inedible. The shake was mostly frozen. I had to wait 20 minutes for it to thaw. I will not be back.

Food wasn't bad, but both worth 13.5 a file (thin) burger without any sides or drinksBurger came and there una were already soggy inside that paper pocket.The first bite and the tongue hit a very warm hot burger while my palate feels really cold by a big piece of avocado that almost feels like a brainfreeze is coming. So it's weird and not enjoyable.Burger flavor is good very thin but good.4.50 fries 13.50 burgers and 4 for a small drink is just not worth as much.

When you enter there is a sign that says order here over the counter but no one to give your order to. Three different staff members saw me standing there and said nothing. When I asked they told me I needed to self order on the tablet adjacent from the counter. After making my order the system said I could not pay there due to the fact that the card reader was not operating. At that point I was done. I had eaten at that establishment many times and had never had such bad service. I will not be returning.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a ShakeShack . Waited over 30 minutes for my food due to sometime of busy rush randomly during the day . You could tell the employees were genuinely overwhelmed but had no managerial support . Manager came out and only gave “certain” people money off cards for their wait and completely neglected some of us that were waiting for 30+ minutes .
