I uber never ate here so have a 3 on food but this place is in an upscale area and it is so dirty here. If you go look at the floors where they cook DISGUSTING! EVERYTIME. And the service is horrible don’t has to be a high paying delivery for me to go here

Online order is NEVER ready at the scheduled pickup time, that has come to be expected from this location.
But today at almost 20mins past the scheduled pick up takes the cake, especially as I watch the prep line ask the cook for my burger 3 times for an order placed 20mins ago, but 4 other orders were built packed and left.
Sigh.

This was my first time eating at a Shake Shack. Self ordering kiosk was easy to use. Took about 15 minutes to get my order, which was a little surprising because they were not busy. Food was very good and came out hot. Staff was very friendly and place was overall pretty clean. Not cheap but would definitely go back.

Food is good but wait time for dine in is unacceptable. 20+ minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and fries?? What happened to fast food.
My burger is burnt beyond being edible. And my fries were old, hard and appeared to be what was scraped from the bottom of the fry bin. This makes 4 times in a row this location served essentially garbage to its customers. Where is the manager, or supervisor? Or someone who takes pride in themselves, their work and the product they send out?
I do not recommend anything from this location. And hopefully this time I will get a callback from the manager.

I wish I could say the quality of the food tonight was an exception, not the rule. But it’s not. This is the fourth consecutively time that I have ordered from this location and could not eat it because it was so burnt. This was expensive. A burger was burnt beyond a crisp, and my fries were clearly scraped from the bottom of the fry bin and had been sitting. I know it’s Friday, but shame on you for serving this garbage to your customers. Repeatedly.
