We visited the Shake Shack in Uptown tonight, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was perfect and even asked how we were enjoying our meal. The bathroom was spotless—cleaned to perfection. Overall, an excellent team, manager, and exceptional service. Thank you!

Took a couple bites and started to choke on this plastic thing. Luckily I spit it out, it looks like a bread clip to hold the bread. Immediately after I tried contacting the restaurant and even uber eats but no response.

Ordered something for pick up and received an email saying I would get a text once it was ready. After about 15 minutes, I thought it was pretty odd I hadn’t received a text so I showed up and saw my order was already bagged and waiting on the table in the kitchen. After being looked at and passed by several different employees and telling two of them my order was on the table, and being told “okay one second” I still waited an additional 15 minutes for somebody to give it to me. Not only was the food cold at that point, but the order was wrong and the chicken was so burnt that it was inedible.

These idiots reported me for a Uber Eats delivery that I picked up and delivered, but are claiming that I stole the food. The order was glitched due to having terrible signal in this store.
On top of that, the speed at which they cook food is dirt slow. Can't recommend that any delivery couriers should accept requests for this restaurant.

Only two stars — and honestly it would be one if Garry (the manager) hadn’t stepped in. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, because I know most service places do their best. However, today was different and pretty disappointing.
They got my order wrong, which I understand happens. I politely let the waitress know, and since I didn’t have my receipt, I asked if she could print one so I could double-check that I didn’t place the order incorrectly at the kiosk. (I ordered the Avo Bacon Chicken Sandwich — it came with no avocado.)
When she brought the receipt, I confirmed that I paid for the Avo Bacon Chicken Sandwich without pickles and bacon, so she took the sandwich back, removed the pickles, and brought it out again. That part would’ve been fine — but the main issue was still there: there was still no avocado.
I assumed they were letting me keep the incorrect sandwich while making a correct one, so I gave the first one away. After about five minutes, I asked if another sandwich was coming, and the waitress snapped, “I already gave you the sandwich with no pickles.” I could’ve taken the pickles off myself — that wasn’t the problem at all.
Long story short, I spoke with the manager. He had the sandwich remade, but even then, it still came out with no avocado. He ended up bringing out avocado on the side and gave me a coupon.
When something is corrected but still wrong, it just feels careless.

I’m a big fan of Shake Shack and absolutely love their burgers, but this location was off in terms of service. They didn’t bring the food to the table like I’ve experienced at other locations, even though they gave us a table number and sign at the kiosk. We were called up to pick it up ourselves, and even then, the order was incomplete. After waiting about 20 minutes, we had to go back up and ask about our shakes. They were already made, just sitting there, and no one brought them over or let us know. Great food as always, but the service at this location could use improvement.
