Shake Shack Old Town

My my burger was terribly greasy! It took about 15 napkins to soak up the grease. This was my first and last time for going there. Very disappointed

Very disappointing experience overall. None of the food seemed properly cooked. The Korean chicken tasted like raw flour, and the burger was way too salty. The fries with cheese were cold, the cheese was cold too, and there was again this strange flour-like taste.

The drink came out last even after reminding the staff, and it was warm when it should have been cold.

This was my first time here and definitely my last. Would not recommend. I would give 0 if that was an option.

I feel like this place was a little expensive for the amount of food we received. However, the food we ordered was very tasty and did not disappoint! Not a huge fan of the cheese fries, I would recommend getting the cheese on the side to try it out. We had a bacon cheese burger and a chicken sandwich. I would order the chicken sandwich again!

Ordered on UberEats. Why is everything extremely well done / practically burnt?

The burgers are prepared to a crisp and the grilled cheese I ordered smelled burnt and was inedible. Fries are also overdone - had to throw out my last order because they’re so overdone.

Need to focus up.

Disappointing meal at shake shack. I paid nearly $20 for a burger (single), fries and small soda. The food was not hot, and my order was wrong. The dining area also needed attention (no ketchup). I cant comment on the staff because I had no interaction with them. I placed my own order on the kiosk and cleaned up my table when finished, so why am I being asked for a tip when paying? If you want a disappointing burger and fries, just go to McDonald's and you can have that for half the price.

The food was pretty standard nothing special or unique i got the double avocado burger with cheese fries and drink it was $25 I feel like for the prince it ways too expensive i could find something similar somewhere else for a cheaper price

Spent $40 on 2 small burgers the size of a value menu burger at McDonald’s. A fry half way cooked. A order of onion rings cold enough to have been in the refrigerator. Manager told me he even gave me an old order of onion rings they forgot to throw out. And 2 small drinks. So that’s what $40 gets you here! Enjoy 😉

My order was missing, than they remade it and decided to forget the fries, when I went back the manager didn't care about the items being missing, didn't ask the employees instead he got frustrated with me for asking him did they forget to remake it or did they forget to put it in the bag. Instead of checking on the items he decided to flip it on me and I recorded him when he did it because I felt like he was being very sexiest and rude about it, even if you are just doing your job. When he wasn't doing his. He just started giggling with the guys he was working with. And turned his back towards me like I wasn't a customer too. I don't think this location is a shake shack worth visiting and the lobby was unkeep at this one.

Didn't get my entire meal; I shouldn't feel bad because the men next to me had to eat cold burgers because the staff never called their names. We do our own order, you foul up the orders and then want a tip. Nope

mediocre food somewhat overpriced. shakes are better at chic-fil-a, fries better at hopdoddys. Burgers were nothing special.
