Shake Shack Old Town

Ordered on the kiosk. Had one option for shakes, chocolate. Ordered chocolate. Saw they had other options at counter and asked why the machine only had one option. He said they were down but working now. I asked if I could swap the chocolate that had not been made for another flavor and he said no. Burgers were average flavor and kinda small.

Food is trash. Flavorless crinkle cut fries. Everything fried is overcooked and tasting of somewhat stale grease. Chicken sandwiches surprisingly decent, aside from being overcooked.

Burgers mediocre. Dont know what people see in this place. Could easily go to Five Guys down the road instead and get your moneys worth and a great meal. This place is straight up a ripoff for the quality. Tells you a lot about this city that people come here.

First time here…The burgers are good! I wish they had more variety like blue cheese bacon or bbq burgers, maybe I missed them on the menu? The pomegranate strawberry lemonade is delicious!! One thing that I wasn’t impressed with, the size of a fry order is so small for $4+ ? But they were good and crispy.

Shake Shack on Greenville is always delicious and the customer service is great! I made the mistake of putting my pick up order in at the wrong location right in the middle of rush hour. They were kind enough to empathize with me and re-make my order. I really appreciate you guys!

One of the worst burgers of my life. Website says burgers are cooked too medium but every burger I ordered and saw was burnt and well done. Something’s going on in the kitchen at this place. Beyond disappointing

Today I went to check if they were hiring people. and the white-eyed woman in front of me was very rude and did not want to give me information. and I told her I have an interview on Monday and she replied, "I don't know anything, the manager isn't here." She is very rude, I don't know how she is a cashier.
