Shake Shack on Greenville is always delicious and the customer service is great! I made the mistake of putting my pick up order in at the wrong location right in the middle of rush hour. They were kind enough to empathize with me and re-make my order. I really appreciate you guys!

Today I went to check if they were hiring people. and the white-eyed woman in front of me was very rude and did not want to give me information. and I told her I have an interview on Monday and she replied, "I don't know anything, the manager isn't here." She is very rude, I don't know how she is a cashier.

I get that it was Christmas Eve when we went, and lots of folks don't want to work on Christmas Eve, but that's not my fault. I still expect good service when I come in regardless of the holiday it's around.The lady on the register was rushing us through our order and catching an attitude when we wanted to make sure she got it right because she kept missing things we said. When we got our food they added onions even when we said no onions, and to top it off the onions we didn't want and the lettuce looked like they fished it out of a sink and just threw them onto the burgers.
