Shake Shack Addison

I love the atmosphere and the folks that work there nice and helpful. I also like the fact that you can just order from a tablet but there should also the option to speak to someone. I don’t like seasoning on my burger so there is no option to removed it. That being said, the burger was salty to me. I got mine wrapped in lettuce. Fries are just ok. Place was clean.

I’m not one to write these type of reviews but this place it’s a repeat offender and an embarrassment to Shake Shack. It took over 20 minutes to get a burger and a “double” grilled cheese sandwich. I’ll let you look at the pic and decide for yourselves. Zero stars would be more fitting. The location in Royal and Preston never disappoints but this one in Addison it’s terrible.

We have been waiting over 40 minutes for our food and still dont have it. Three people were in front of us and other people have gotten their food. They just told us they went it back to be remade but we didnt ask for that.

It was my son’s birthday weekend, and the manager gave him a free shake. He was super excited. The employees at the counter were all super sweet too. Made his day!!

Waiting over 20min for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries ... No sense of urgency at alll. I will not be coming back to this location. This was ridiculous.

If you're already hungry don't come in. If you can stand waiting 20 PLUS minutes come on in.

Not worth price

After reading some of the other reviews, I now see my experience is the typical experience of this establishment. This was my first time going to a shake shack, and now I understand why they are practically begging for customers. I paid $15 for a cheese burger and regular fries. Based off the pictures, my wait time, and order total, I was expecting 5 guys sized portions and quality. I received neither. My burger was equivalent to that of a value menu burger from Wendy's and my fries didn't even fill the little tray they put them in. If you're charging $5! for fries, you need to fill the bag up like five guys!!
When I walked in, their lobby was practically empty, only 1 order ahead of me. I watched the front counter people do everything except push out orders. The cook in the back had to tell the girl working front counter to bag my order and give it to me. There were 2 people working up front and 1 guy just walking around the lobby. They all kept staring at me, staring at the food, and still couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation to bag it and hand it to me. Even after bagging it, the girl still didn't hand me my order, she put it next to the register and then looked at me 😒.
I ordered at the self serve kiosk and it asked me for a tip and I'm still trying to figure out for what!? Horrible service and cold mediocre food??
First and last visit to any shake shack. I'll stick with 5 guys.

I don’t think I’ve ever waited for food anywhere longer than I just did today. I went in around 12:30 and didn’t get my food until 145. Absolutely insane and the fries were undercooked and cold. It wasn’t even that busy. The staff were being so disruptive and were yelling at each other and making crude jokes. At one point I was watching them and no one was doing anything. I won’t be coming back to this shake shack

If you have an hour to kill to wait for your food, it's worth it. This location was SLOW and they weren't busy at all. The staff there definitely went at their own pace and weren't bothered that people were waiting.
