Thank you for the Food Poisoning!!! Shortly after eating here Wednesday night I began violently vomiting, had uncontrollable diarrhea, and excruciating stomach pain. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Food up the shake shack standard, brought hot to your table. Decore a bit industrial, don't hit your knees on the I beam table support the booths have. Staff was friendly. Although with the order a kiosk system, you only interact with whomever brings the food to the table.

Parking: Shared strip mall parking lot, spaces are very tight.

My first time to try shake, Sabrina waited on me and was outstanding! Excellent people skills. She knows how to make you feel welcome! Not sure if she’s the manager or not, if she isn’t then she should be! Great job!

It was my first time there and I thought the burgers were home made and it was just a typical burger. It doesn’t have combos everything is separate I don’t like that.. The price I paid for my meal wasn’t worth it .,

Beautiful clean staff. The lady with the blonde braids was so nice to me. The food could have been less than stellar but I appreciated her for. being nice to me.

I love tipping people when I get great service, but this place, you pay a hefty price for a burger, you never interact with the staff, I order my own food and empty my tray. Why do you ask for a tip, before we even receive any service? It's offensive to me to be expected to pay your employees a decent wage after I just paid a fortune for tiny little burger and $4 for a small drink. Tipping is way out of control and this place shouldn't even be asking for one. You did nothing to warrant one. I will never step foot in this place again because of your unethical solicitation of a tip that I'm sure doesn't go to the employee.

I'm sorry to say but I'm not too thrilled with this location. The staff were all young and not really interested in working or very concerned with helping people.
We ordered hamburgers fries and chicken bites. The chicken bites were the absolutely the best. They use potato rolls for the bread for the hamburgers. The bread wasn't warm or even toasted. Again just not a great experience. I don't think I'll go back.

Parking: There are a number of businesses in the same area and there isn't enough parking for each business.

We were the only customers in the place and the people who made our order still mixed up our sandwiches. I asked for extr mayo and no pickles on my chicken sandwich and my friend asked for no mayo and extra pickles I n his burger. When we got the food, sure enough he had mayo and no pickles on his burger and had no mayo and lots of pickles on my chicken sandwich. I cannot stand the taste of pickles and my friend does not like mayo on a burger. So bith our sandwiches were ruined. Both sandwiches were overcooked. I suspect that they were both reheated.. Restaurant gave us store credit, but restaurant is far away and not worth going back for w sandwiches.
