Wow really good burger. Like REALLY good. Never taken a bite of a burger before that made me pick up my phone and leave a review. THAT good.

Double patties burger is $9 something. Fries another $3.99. But I like it because they use beef tallow instead of sunflower seed oil like In-N-Out.

In-N-Out Double-Double and fries together would be less than $9.

I've been SLEEPING on shake shack 😤 got the double stack Carolina bbq burger and it was DELICIOUS!

Only giving 3 stars on sevice because my friend ordered a whole meal (shows on the receipt and everything) and they gave him just fries alone on the tray 🤣. My friend had to ask for his burger and then his shake.

Inconsistent with the food they make. Ordered a Smoky Classic BBQ Burger, when I opened the bag after arriving home I find a regular cheese burger with BBQ sauce thrown on, none of the other ingredients. Wouldn't recommend this location

I stopped in for a bite to eat for lunch and Marlon was the cashier at the front. His attitude was great he was very pleasant. My food was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and fresh. I just want to say thank you again for the great customer service. -Sammy

Today my order was based on the promotion CHICKENSUNDAY, I tried in your app but it didn’t went through my app order, my total order was above 12dlls. when I arrived to the restaurant I tried to explain to the manager, but he told me there was nothing he can do, I tried to request honired the code promotion and he denied, now that for me is a terrible customer service from shake shack, what SHAKE SAD EXPERIENCE, you know if this would happen in chick fill a they would honored the promotion

Great tasting burgers! These are smash burgers so don't expect big burgers. They were absolutely delicious! Everything is sold separately! Choices from burgers single pattie, double, and even triple patties! Fries are good and crunchy and also have cheesy fries with addons...the shakes looked so good, but was too full to try!

When I arrived, a man wearing a baseball cap and vest asked for my name and mentioned my order would be ready shortly. However, I wasn’t aware that my order had already been completed and placed on the counter, as no one called my name or checked to see what I was waiting for. Additionally, all the fries in my order were spicy, even though two of them were supposed to be plain.
