I don’t think I’ve ever waited for food anywhere longer than I just did today. I went in around 12:30 and didn’t get my food until 145. Absolutely insane and the fries were undercooked and cold. It wasn’t even that busy. The staff were being so disruptive and were yelling at each other and making crude jokes. At one point I was watching them and no one was doing anything. I won’t be coming back to this shake shack

If you have an hour to kill to wait for your food, it's worth it. This location was SLOW and they weren't busy at all. The staff there definitely went at their own pace and weren't bothered that people were waiting.

The customer service is excellent. I had an issue placing my order online from my desktop. I placed one order, but the other three orders o could not complete. I was so frustrated with the system so I called and Marlon took over. I thought he was the manager, but he is just a worker. One who care about his job, he listened and he provided. I will come back, because the food was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and they were friendly and ready to help. Thanks for making my day

This is my second time eating Shack shack and the service was really good! Older gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything, he was also very funny and warming. The food came out very fast and fresh! 5 stars from me!

Onion rings were ok. 1/2 tea, 1/2 Lemonade was ok. Chicken sandwich, substitute lettuce wrap was awful. Fried chicken had no flavor, and batter was somehow crispy outside but soggy inside. They put the chicken on the lettuce while it was still hot, and it wilted the lettuce. Quite expensive overall.

I placed an order of frozen custard through their kiosk, hoping that I would get a text or call my number as instructed. But after 18minutes I went to the counter and asked about my order telling that it’s only a custard and why the order is taking so long, to my surprise the attendant gave me a pre-portioned almost melted custard. so disappointing and lazy that they have to pre portioned the custard instead of. scooping it.

Slow service, small portions and expensive. Our chicken bites were burnt.The hotdog was tough and was hard to eat. Chicken sandwich was tiny for the money. Wouldn't come back.

I went there today and the lady wearing a scarf on her hair was having apparently a bad day. She gave me the wrong order wasn’t even apologetic I could have made her make my food again!!! I didn’t because I was having a good day and I wasn’t gonna let some dehydrated, miserable lady that hates her life ruined my day!! DO BETTER! 😌

The new nuggets are terrible and they didn't disclose the change. I would have skipped them. The breading is thick and nasty. The meat is dry. Just an overall bad experience.

Went in, the lobby was practically empty - it took 30 minutes to get my order (nothing complicated, burger, fries, & shake). Seems that door dash & uber eats takes priority over the customers in the restaurant actually waiting. When I inquired about my order, it didn’t seem to make a difference. I’m guessing there was not a manager there to make things run smoothly. They make the location at DFW Airport look like they move at lightning Speed.
