It was a long wait in line because their ordering terminals were not working. They finally reset the terminals before the line started moving. Employees are doing their best to help customers.
We ordered a single and a double Shack burger. The burgers looked nice and fresh, although they are kind of small in size. All tasted very good.

Went and got an avocado bacon chicken sandwich at grapevine location and ended up getting no bacon or avocado which I was kinda down about so I went and told the woman at the front, i think manager, and she refunded the entire burger and offered me a shake on the house!! 😭😭 I refused kindly because I was willing to pay for the burger and her refunding the whole thing was already so sweet and I went back to my table and a few minute slater she gave me a $5 off coupon 😭💗...
