I loved the smoke shack burger with gluten free buns! Omg the best! It comes with an angus beef cheeseburger with applewood-smoked bacon, chopped cherry pepper. I chose double the meat and it was so good!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns!

My first and my last experience was horrible. I didn’t know that I was suppose to type my order into the machine ,so when I approached the counter to make my order the young woman who looked to be about 18 said “ hello” right after my hello and her face quickly turned into a scowl. She was like “ are you trying to make an order?” And I was like “ yes” so she directed me to the the little machines at the end of the counter, I proceeded to make my order and paid for the order .I noticed that you had to give your cell phone number and when you put your cell phone number in they sent you a text to tell you will be texted when your order is ready. About five minutes after I sat down I heard my name being shouted across the courtyard, so I got up and went to go pick my order up by the time I got to the counter my order was just sitting there by itself the lady who had served the order had walked away. I’m glad that all the condiments were already on the counter. Otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to receive them. I went to take my order to my table and I proceeded to eat. I noticed the french fries were very brown so they were a little overcooked and the burger itself was just OK , but one thing that I noticed when I picked my order up is that there was no liner on the tray and the tray itself was a little wet now my burger wasn’t touching the wet part on the tray, but it was very close to it, so I thought that was odd that it didn’t have a liner . I have never been to a fast food restaurant and they just served the food on a bare tray so after I picked over my food, I went back to the counter to get a refill of lemonade. I noticed that was a short man in the front of the restaurant and he had a different shirt on then everybody else so I assumed he was the manager He was middle aged you know ,thinning hair so I say to him “hey do you have liners to go in the trays? “He says “ no , we don’t have liners at this location “ and I told him I said well I noticed that my tray was a little wet when I picked my food up and so he goes on to say that the trays are sanitized by some company or whatever and .So what I started to say was “well you don’t want the food and ithe sanitation solution to touch each other. You know you don’t want it be mixed in with the food ,but before I could get it all out , he cuts me off and says “oh yeah where do you work “ because I had my badge on and I just said “Henderson “and he said “oh OK “ and then he proceeds to walk away . Now in the meanwhile, the young lady that helped me earlier she was standing to my left with a full scowl it was no doubt in my mind that this young girl was looking at me with a very mean look, she looked to be about 18 and she had a lot of acne on her face and a lot around her mouth so she started looking at me and I was looking at her. Now back to the manager, I feel like he wasn’t sure how serious he should take my complaint, and that’s why he asked about my badge, and once he realized you know, I was just a little old schoolteacher then he no longer cared about my complaint, and just walked off But he had yo verify by asking about my badge to see if I was important enough for him to take the concern seriously and once he realized, I wasn’t with the department of health or or sanitation or anything like that he was like oh whatever and just walked out very rudely he didn’t say “ hey next time you come, will make sure we have liners or I’m sorry about that Did you like your meal? “Nothing he was very rude. I was very disappointed in the service at the Shake shack, and I will never ever in my life go there ever again.

Service was amazing! The man at the register who hands out food was very nice and the lady who was checking me out actually gave me her food choice . It was amazing! I got a bacon avocado burger and it definitely was good . The people are so nice and the scenery is a plus one . Highly recommend .

Highly agree with several reviews. The food is good but way overpriced. They are selling standard burgers and fries at gourmet prices. There are a lot of better options around town that give you more bang for your buck. Also the service at this NorthPark location is subpar.

Horrible service. The guy at the register was basically yelling at this older man who was in front of us because he couldn't hear. We placed our order and the guy was just lacking customer service all around. He wasn't in uniform, when we ordered the new drink that was on the menu he just said "nope we don't have that today" At least the food was good but man, horrible service.
