The food was okay. But the other Sharks prices are better. The lady that took my order was not professional at all. And I hate going to places that charge when you use a card. Who carries cash.

The chicken and fish are not good at all. They were both fried way too hard. They prepared me another 10 piece order of chicken. It was a little better. Their pieces are not of good quality. All of the drumsticks had mostly bone showing and the meat with no skin. The fish was horrible, as well. It tasted like it had been re-frozen. This was my first and last time that I will visit this place. I was very disappointed.

Food is ALWAYS good! I hate to leave this review because this is literally a weekly spot for me but the new lady in there has a VERY UNPLEASANT attitude!!!!! (Heavy build) I just feel Like if you don’t want to deal With customers you shouldn’t work in customer service!!! She was extremely rude,unprofessional and uninviting because I walked in 30 mins before close. She did not greet me, and her whole body language from the stance to the VERY irritated look on her face just did NOT sit well with my spirit. Please go work somewhere else ma’am! She hit mouthy and I walked out cause YEA ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The food I just purchased was TERRIBLE…I threw it in the trash! I asked if the catfish was real catfish, the lady at the counter said she didn’t know, she doesn’t eat it but someone should enlighten here that it is swai! The chicken and fries tasted like old grease! I asked for extra seasoning but it was a bit excessive although it doesn’t matter because NOTHING was edible! Money down the drain!

This place is trash. I just ordered food from here today and thought they claim to cook everything to order. The chicken they gave me was clearly old.
My issue is not old it’s that I called the restaurant and the owner was NO HELP. I told them the chicken was old and instead of listening and trying to fix the issue he was not receptive at all. Won’t ever be back

The food was good! I wish there was more seasoning. The fish pieces are big and they give you plenty of fries. Prices are decent. I do recommend this place.
