The bartender with mustache literally has no idea what is the customer service! He was so rude, aggressive and not even a bit friendly. Will Never ever back there.

Well I don’t know where or when the people reporting here went, but my boyfriend and I went and we had a blast!
The bartender of which I can’t remember her name was amazing! She did ensuring she could to enhance our experience. The drinks were top tier. The food was fresh and hot! I can’t wait to go back!

"It had been years since I visited Shuck N Jive, as I had relocated, but my recent experience was awful. From the moment I walked in, the bartenders were rude and dismissive. I didn't even get a chance to order my food before I decided to leave. "The treatment I received made me realize this establishment is not welcoming, especially for a Black woman"
It’s really disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I expected more respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case

I thought that I had my match for finding the worst catfish and seafood place in Dallas, but this place takes the cake. And not in a good way. The catfish wasn’t seasoned at all, my broccoli had more seasoning than my fried fish. Decided to give the oysters a shot, and that was a complete mistake. talk about the most vile thing I have ever put in my mouth in the history of my human existence. Literally spit it out in front of the bartender, and had to run to the bathroom to heave. I don’t know who is in Charge of your food, quality checks, but this place just about tried to kill me with food poisoning. I will never be eating here again

They got 1 star because the oysters in the half shell were good other then that they would get a 0 star. Everything else was horrible. Service, food, wait time to get a menu, and drinks were horrible! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I spend $70 on 2 appetizers 2 meals and 1 alcoholic drink and we didn't finish any of our food except the oysters. And when we said we wanted our check the waiter asked if we wanted a box for our left overs I said no it wasnt any good he said nothing and brought me my check and walked away. I was so upset.

I tried to call in an order, the guy that picked the phone up didn’t even announce the restaurant name, when I went to place an order, he had a very nasty attitude. So I just didn’t order. To me when a person is rude to you on the phone that’s a red flag for me to not order for them. It’s too much going on in the world for me to even take a chance to be a victim of some kind of heinous crime, all bc you don’t wanna be at work.
