food was amazing and delicious. i accidentally scheduled my order for later and despite it being crowded, the worker said he’d expedite my order for us! excellent customer service and delicious food! I feel like they need a bigger space! bagels for all!

We used to love coming to this place for bagels, but lately its been so bad. Today we added cream cheese in our spicy turkey bagel and barely got a smear of cream cheese if any. They’re so stingy with the sauces and cream cheese in the sandwiches and everything comes out so dry. Im adding a picture for reference.

I've never lived in New York (thank God). But I did live in DC. I've had some great bagels. This is the best bagel option I've found in DFW, hands down. They make them fresh every day. Their salmon is outstanding. Their cream cheese is second to none (in my experience). Their coffee could use help but whatever. I go there for the bagels. I stop here every time I'm in the area. So do a lot of people. There's pretty much always a line and you can tell there are a lot of regulars. If you're from New York, I'm sorry. But that aside, you might appreciate this place if you haven't tried it yet.

Shug’s Bagels is good, but it does get very busy. I definitely recommend ordering ahead to avoid long wait times. They have a great selection of bagels and spreads, and everything tastes fresh. I love that they also have multiple locations around the Dallas area, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a solid spot that I’d recommend.

Stop scrambling the eggs with us asking. Over-easy by default.

Shugs is a Dallas staple. The mockingbird location is cozy, and even when it’s crowded with a line out the door, it’s good service and is relatively quick. Went with the classic spicy shug with avocado, salt & pepper, and ketchup (don’t knock it til you try it). Everything bagel is always the way to go. Fresh ingredients is what makes the bagel. 10/10

HP breakfast sandwich was pretty good but the sausage patty was way undersized and a bit dry. The Spicy Shug was better, with a decent amount of bacon but the hash brown could be crispier and the runny Tabasco made it a mess- a hot mayo or cream cheese would’ve been better. Props to the staff for keeping the line moving reasonably well. Adequate indoor seating and a cute little patio.

I've gotten sandwiches at Einstein bagels Jason's, kubys, etc and expected this to be similar. It wasn't bad, but expected more meat, and kraut. For a Ruben there was hardly any and tons of mustard, I scraped most of it off because it was just overpowered with it. For the price I really expected more

We were not expecting for the line to be that long but honestly it moved pretty fast and it’s worth the wait. I love my orders and it was really tasty
