We were surprised at how good these were! No wait on a Saturday morning! So good! I made my bagel custom but want to get the cheddar jalapeño next time!

Wow Shug's Bagels did not disappoint. I had heard Shug's was good but didn't want to get my hopes up since it's hard to find a good bagel in Texas. I got the shug sandwich which was bacon egg cheese and hashbrown and it was fire. Sooooooo good. I wish I could eat this breakfast sandwich every day it was amazing that's all.

First time to Dallas drove by and the line for pickup was OUT THE DOOR. Took a chance and boy did I hit the jackpot, not only was my food hot and flavorful it was seasons and not over sauced. Great staff great atmosphere, very packed but well worth the wait.

Bagels are phenomenal ! The bagel sandwiches are ????. They are pretty pricey but it’s fresh produce and meats! Don’t forget to take a bakers dozen home with you.

Good bagels!! They are boiled, seasoned and baked. Very fresh, chewy flavorful & tender. Bagels, cream cheese flavors, sandwiches and more are available. The Jalapeño Cheddar, Everything, Blueberry, French Toast & Sesame bagels were favorites! This location has a drive through. Limited seating indoors, outdoor seating available. Some parking available. Street parking too.Parking: Limited parking.

First time I try to order a everything bagel and was told they didn't have, but today I'm told they only offer 4 kinds of bagel???‍♂️. I was really excited to try this place too but No Everything Bagels??‍♂️ go figure

I may not be an usual to bagel places, but I find this place pretty expensive. I mistakenly ordered breakfast bowel without realizing everything costs extra. I ended with about $14 for some scramble eggs, three or four thin slices of tomato, maybe half of a small avocado, sausage, and two or three small pieces of cheese. Definitely would not order breakfast bowel in the future.

Amazing! Try the shug on jalapeño. It’s my favorite! Don’t forget to use the loyalty card punch for rewards!

Bagels are fresh and delicious. I get the everything bagel with lox and all the fixings. 10/10! Prices are a little high but definitely worth it. I won't go anywhere else!

Wow, blown away by the deliciousness of this sesame bagel. It’s warm and crunchy on the outside, pillowy on the inside. I got their black and white cookie too and it is also phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I truly don't believe that there is anything better than a hash brown on a bagel. The crunch, the saltiness, and the stability it provides, unbeatable!! This was my first time at Shug's so I just got the Classic Shug (egg, hash brown, bacon and cheddar cheese) on a salt bagel and the Spicy Shug (the classic, but with hot sauce and pepper jack) on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Loved flaky salt and just the classic Shug itself was excellent. I would take the spicy over the classic, however I thought the hot sauce took away from the bite of the hash brown and I didn't taste much of jalapeño cheddar bagel. Besides that, I thought the bagels themselves weren't too chewy and was surprised by how well the sandwich stayed together! The service was great and I was surprised by how fast they were getting orders out. Also, I’m glad I don’t live closer or I would be here a lot more and that would be a very bad thing.
