Just giving my honest opinion I for one have never had fufu and egusi soup and based off TikTok I wanted to give it a try so I did the wait was no longer than 5 minutes when I checked my food it looked good but when I got home to unpacked everything i started to notice that my chicken didn’t have any meat on them but (one) and it had no flavor I don’t know if it’s the restaurant I chose but I might try it again but I’ll go to another restaurant I give this a 4/10

The soup was really good. Meat and stockfish could have been tenderized as it was a little tough to chew. There was no decor to make the in-dinning relaxing and welcoming. The manager and staff were nice.

First time here I ordered bitterleaf soup and found pieces of hair in it and when I brought it to the staff's attention, I was told they were fibers of the plant used for the soup. In an attempt to dismiss my concerns, i was offered part of my money back, which I did not take. They did not seem bothered by the hair issue at all. I will not be returning to this place.

I eat African food a lot . The egusi had a sandy taste and way more bitter than the ones I had before. The inside of the restaurant is really big but smelt like nyash

The food is amazing! Even though it took awhile to get the fried plantains, they provided extra as a courtesy. I definitely recommend the okra soup or egusi soup! It won't disappoint.

The Jollof rice was good the goat meat was dry and tuff will not be back.
Purely, this is the best West African food I have ever had outside the shore of Africa. Portions are very reasonable, the soup very yummy and the folks working there gave us the best service of any I have ever received from Miami to New York, to LA this is by far the best restaurant I've been to. Anytime we are in Dallas, you for sure have our business. Authentically West African!

Absolutely Delicious! I ordered Egusi,Okra soup, Yam with a side of Jollof rice. Every dish was fresh and hot to serve. The establishment can use some upgrades for sure. Do not go if you expect table service. Overall, it’s worth a visit and I would go everyday if I could.

Got in and found a nice gentleman but before we could talk much about the menu he had to move and cash out some to go orders. A lady took over and before anything another customer came behind me and they started chatting! I just stood and watched. She didn't put my order in but just kept chatting! After 7 minutes I asked her how long my order will take and she said 15 minutes. I ordered grilled fish with plantains and a side of green veggies. Plantains where half portion and she asked if she could give beans to top up. I said yes but the beans never came. I paid $ 31 and that's a rip off
