The avocado toast was really good. The team was great, and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing I'd recommend is getting newer chairs cases. I had a dress on, and that kept getting caught in the split part of the seat.

Delish!! During busy hours there is no guarantee you will find seating but the atmosphere is nice and the location is walkable and fun!

It's a daily pit stop for me as 8 pass by that way and occasionally I get a wonderfu warmed up to hot pastry. They're friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is warm and mellow. It's very inviting there. Also, your lovely pets are allowed!!

Vegetarian options: I get occasional delightful/delectable pastries in AM. That's vegee for me ?

Uplifting atmosphere and excellent coffee made this coffee shop a bright and welcoming place. The toasts are a delicious addition, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed morning or afternoon pick-me-up.

Cute place, super friendly staff. Got a pumpkin spice latte and it was straight milk. I’ll go back and try something else but stay away from the lattes, there’s no coffee in them.

My iced vanilla lavender oatmilk latte was one of the best coffees I've had! Food menu is pretty basic but made with nice ingredients. I'd give the coffee a 5!

Amazing coffee!! My husband got a boring cold brew and I got an AMAZING iced vanilla lavender latte!! The inside was cute and comfortable looking, yet wasn’t one of those places you walk into and say “oh cool!” There’s a free parking garage right next to it which made it very quick and convenient to run in and grab our coffees. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back!

Great study spot, friendly service. The guy working gave me a great suggestion to pair the chai latte with the Apple Peanut Butter Toast. Phenomenal. Got my grandma their raspberry cream cheese croissant and it's her favorite dessert, she's asking for more. Nice place to study for any local college and high school students!

!!!!First Visit!!!! Came to this location based on an advertisement for a writer's event posted online for 8/10. I was clearly lost and looked to staff for assistance. They were not as helpful or pleasant as I would expect for the area. I think it is a version of Starbucks or even in what makes business great, especially for businesses that are new. Its Simple ======> Service. I inquired with a young lady with glasses who i believe were with 2 other males. She was quite rude and unpleasant when I asked if there was an event there. She was loud and rude in advising if there is an event they wouldn't know because they dont have meeting spaces. It was not pleasant. It made me feel unappreciated and undervalued. You never know who is visiting, and SERVICE makes the difference. I got up for the restroom, and it still felt like stale service, The people who posted never showed but totally not worth coming near downtown for. The almond butter banana nut bread/toast was okay. There were nats flying, and the seats were worn out. There was little space between seating and tables. A bigger guy sat in the table next to me. I had to exit the circle booth on the other side to exit. Overall, okay, experience.

i really enjoyed the latte i got but the customer service was nonexistent. no greeting but i said hello and they didn’t say anything back. not a very welcoming place so i left as soon as i got my coffee instead of staying to read like i planned.

This is a delightful coffee shop . I enjoy coming here to journal or plan my upcoming week. They offer plenty of seating with tables and comfy chairs, making it a great sport to study or work. Their coffee and treats are delicious, and the staff is always welcoming. If you are in West Village, be sure to visit and support this incredible coffee shop.

Nice atmosphere and place to plug in. However… portions of any beverage is super small, even the size large. They are not as pictured on the website either. Each time I have ordered the same latte, it’s different. Not matter if I say to go or for here, it’s either in a porcelain cup with or without whip cream no matter if I specify- no one even asks. Or it’s in a plastic cup with or without, when no one asks. Their large drinks are a disappointment altogether for their prices because they are small cups. Especially compared to Starbucks (small, large, extra large as a comparison) They also round up their own tips. I just noticed this today. This has happened on each purchase when ai went back to review. Staff are nice of course but I can’t agree with these high prices and inconsistency in orders along with the purchases being absolutely nothing like their photos. It makes it worth it to spend $.50 cent more and get an actual large drink of my choice at Starbucks that will be prepared the same way each time.lastly, I signed up for their rewards on my second purchase because I noticed they had an option to do so (they never mentioned) but each purchase after that, the cashier zooms by the part whenever ai enter phone number to collect rewards and so it doesn’t count toward the reward. So at this point, I would have had a free drink to get with the rewards from my purchases but I don’t. If they were a little less stoic in their service and more attentive- I don’t think this would happen.
