First: be prepared to pay with a card, as they do not take cash. The only good thing I can say is that the burgers are good (though I am not a fan of the secret sauce). The sodas are not great and for $7, the rocket fries were highly disappointing. The serving was about the same size as the small fries and the toppings were only on the top layer, not mixed in. For the price paid, I am not a happy camper.

Me and a friend came from Houston and Dirk was the person who helped us at the front counter. Dirk truly made the experience 10/10. The burger was amazing he even made the milk shake which was also amazing. 10/10 would go again

Came here after 3 circles at Twisted Root but parking impossible. Came down here. Another 3 circles around the block but got a free spot right by the doorOnly an electronic order kiosk. $12 for single ? cheeseburger & small tots. Added grilled onions for $.50 too. Burger delivered wo onions. Figured I paid extra so..... Went and stood at counter holding receipt the kiosk gave me. The big guy.... Chef maybe, walked out to deliver a sack. Looked at me standing their with 'complaint' on my face and walked right on. How not nice? Finally a young lady appeared. She ordered me a 'side' of grilled onions. Brought me a tablespoon of same several minutes later.Burger small but tasty. Tots almost hot. Sorry. Not tipping for that.Going to 'In & Out' by my house next time.Parking: Small lot on bizzy corner. Good luck. I circled block 3 times then found a free spot in the lot..

I was very disappointed & I'll never go back. The service was very slow & it was only one cashier. There was nothing special about the burger. The final straw was something was leaking out of the restroom & several customers told the cadhier & nothing was done about it while i was there. I got up & walked out.

We went to get food 15 minutes before closing and we were scolded by the guy at the counter and were basically told to leave because they didnt feel like making a take out order. I have never encountered employees that rude at a food establishment in my entire life. I wish I could leave zero stars.
Probably one of the best, if not the best, burger I’ve ever had. Definitely the best smash style burger I’ve ever had. Food was hot and freshly made. I got the double with cheese and it was filling enough. The price was reasonable. Heads up you input your own order and they do not accept cash. But they bring your order to the table.Parking: Own small lot right next door
