Me and my children just left this location. There were about 5 employees in the kitchen laughing and peeping through the windows pointing at someone to come serve us. No one was in the place and this was the most unpleasant visit Iāve had here and will not be back someone was even on the phone laughing and seeing us in the front and did offer to ask us what we wanted to order! smh

This place is terrible and stingy. I ordered food from Uber Eats and when I got it, they only gave me two sauces, even though I had four meals with a sauce for each. How was I supposed to serve the food to my guests? Their chicken was dry, and the sauces were the only thing saving it. But they couldnāt even put the right amount of sauce in my order; they were either blind or couldnāt count. One of the meals that was supposed to come with toast didnāt even come with one, and the other oneās toast was burnt black. It was more black than the color black. I would not recommend this place.
The other day, I went to dine in and they let beggars walk around asking us for money. They didnāt even kick them out, which ruined our appetite and the atmosphere. They really need to pick a struggle. I canāt believe they hired terrible staff and a terrible cook. How are you going to cook at a restaurant but burn the food? Thatās unacceptable. The other place that sells unseasoned chicken with the same thing as this place is much better, at least the employees donāt burn my food or let beggars ruin our appetite. Every other place wouldāve told them to leave. Truly disgusting.

Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays. The chicken tenders are good the Fry's are good. The hot wings are good. Also the chicken and waffles are delicious and the combo is 5.99 on Wednesday. My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.
First time guest at Slim Chickens. Michelle and Kendricka at lunch time today were AMAZING! Kendricka took my order and was so cheerful and helpful. Being that happy to help anyone is a lost art these days. Then as I was waiting for my order I watched as Michelle double checked orders against the tickets that were hanging, ensuring nothing was missing. She added utensils and napkins to my bag and then walked my order to me. The food was delicious, promptly served and hot. Thank you for a great first experience! I hope these ladies get recognized!

I'll sacrifice my good luck for a great waffle... I get the chicken and waffles, great chicken strips and it's the best waffle! I put it up against any breakfast diner or any high-end brunch spot, I've had them all and this is my favorite waffle. Except they're backwards every time, backwards Texas is unlucky! It's like spelling it wrong. Been here 40 times ready to tip $10 for my first correct Texas waffle, never once LOL!

I love slim chickens food the only thing I absolutely hate is they fill your whole drink with ice. I get delivery and my drink comes with sooo much ice. My 32 oz lemonade had 8 to 10 oz of lemonade in it. Im sure they fill the cup to the very top then add a little drink after. I know its petty but this is always my reason to stop ordering from them. Add a no ice and a lite ice option for online ordering and problem solved.
