I ate here last year on a work trip and I’m just now leaving a review because their mac and cheese has been on my mind basically ever since. It has a kick to it and I’ve been trying to find something nearly as good ever since. The brisket was equally good, loved this place and look forward to being back in Dallas for this place alone
BBQ is delicious, falls off the bone easily, very little fat. Sausage and potato salad are delicious. Huge servings and friendly customer service too. I love this place.

Visited Dallas over a week ago for a work conference and I am still thinking about the horseradish potato salad I ate at Slow Bone BBQ. When I tell you this was the best potato salad I have ever eaten.. it may have been the best thing I ate the entire week. Also had the brisket which was SO TENDER and flavorful, the brisket beans which were super savory, the queso n shells (which actually might be up there with the potato salad now that I think about it), and the braised greens!...
