The guy up front was awesome! Very welcoming and very knowledgeable! Helped me figure out what I wanted to order and came through with basically a sampler platter so I could try a little bit of everything! There are a lot of good (and bad) BBQ places in DFW and I don’t know why The Slow Bone doesn’t get more love! I have been a few times and it is one of the most consistently great spots you will find.
