I had a massive craving for Smashburger not too long agog d and decided to swing by 40 minutes before closing. To my shock, they wouldn’t even let me inside. The doors were locked, and when I tried to ask the employees (who were clearly still inside) if they were closed early, they just ignored me. No explanation, no courtesy nothing. It was beyond frustrating. If your hours say you're open until a specific time, then be open. Locking the doors early and refusing service is completely unprofessional. I wasted time and gas getting there, only to be treated like my business didn’t matter.This experience was incredibly disappointing, and it makes me question whether I’ll bother coming back to this location. If you’re craving Smashburger late at night, don’t even bother they apparently decide their own hours.

really good burgers and the spicy tots are really spicy!! if you get the jalapeno burger be aware the jalapenos are freshly cut and not pickles so they're hotter, and honestly I think they taste better. the spicy tots had like spicy sauce inside of them or something, they were really good. add on to the friendly and helpful staff and I would highly recommend this place if you're in downtown Dallas and don't want to eat at a food truck

When placing the order I asked for no tomatoes on the burger. The cashier informed me that the burger did not come with tomatoes. I trusted her knowledge since she was the person taking the order. When I arrived home I found that my burger had tomatoes. I called to inform them of the situation and the guy who answered was very dismissive and suggested I drive all the way back to the restaurant to return the burger so that I can get a new one. He didn’t take into consideration the distance of the restaurant from my house, or the fact that I had to get to work. He simply stated if the burger was not returned there was nothing he could do about the situation. I would kindly suggest to educate your employees of the menu and take accountability if a mistake is made. VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. Jacob was the name on my receipt.

I visited for the kids’ free meal promotion and was really impressed by the great service from Paige and team. She was friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and everything was just perfect. Highly recommend this spot for families looking for a great meal and excellent service!
THIEVES! October 27, Uber driver, Jensen, stole my food. Why else would he mark my order as delivered after he admitted he was running late, then got lost. He could not follow explicit instructions or speak English. He needed a code to close my order, and I never saw or spoke to him. He wouldn't answer his phone. Then Uber says my order wasn't eligible for a refund. Seriously, Smashburger?!?! I paid for something I never received. I've been dealing DAILY trying to get this matter resolved, so I will now be disputing charges and reporting to the BBB & FTC. This location steals!

My friend brought me here and it was my first time at Smash Burger. It was okay, the brussel sprouts with ranch were one of the best I've ever had along with Smash fries which were good but not WOW. My friend who doesn't care for brussel sprouts even ate half of mine. The smash sauce wasn't for me. The burger itself was small and not worth coming back...The chocolate shake didn't have whip cream 😞 And there was a homeless guy asking people to pay for his meal... I'd believe him if we were at McDonald's and not a semi-casual restaurant...He didn't look homeless either. But he later left? Jacob was our cashier and so light-hearted that I would've just left with my food and not bothered dining in.

I love smash burger already and the staff made the experience even better! They were all kind, smiling and friendly! The vibes were just as good as the food! We anre on a long trip And they could tell my daughter was getting antsy and out of no where she was given a coloring page a crayons without asking. They made our trip a little bit better. Wish we could come back!
