I love this place all the workers and managers are so hard working and efficiently get out orders. They always make the best quality food. I eat here often and stop by this airport all the time. Thank you guys y’all rock!!!

Let's start with ordering, they couldn't get my name right and ended up calling me Sean so I almost didn't get my order because I'm listening for a different name, ok, setting that aside, the whole burger was sloppy, half on the bun, grease everywhere, poorly condimented and the fries had a solid 1-2 mm of grease in the bottom, just not impressed with what I got, the service or the quality for what they charge.

I really wanted to highlight the service from Christian, the cashier at Smashburger in Terminal B. Christian welcomed me with a smile, was patient, and overall had a brightness to his character. He was attentive and made sure everything was correct with my order. His impact on my experience made it a positive one, and I appreciated the care and energy he showed. I heard about smash burgers so we decided to try them on our trip to Dallas and it didn't disappoint it was delicious the only thing I did not like was the chili on the fries because I'm use to hot spicy chili and this was definitely not spicy chili but definitely will be back to eat.

Stopped by Smashburger during my layover and was pleasantly surprised — the food was super good! The burger was fresh, juicy, and flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Quick service and a convenient spot to grab a satisfying meal before a flight. Definitely worth it if you’re passing through the airport.

Plane tickets are needed to eat here. So they don’t want your money if you’re dropping off or waiting for people to get off a plane.

Prices are reasonable for an airport outlet. Black bean burger was ok, although they forgot my grilled onions. They only take your first name and there were two of us there with the same name, so we ended up with the wrong orders. Staff was going through the motions.
