The burger and smash fries met expectations. It was an adequate, tasty burger and the smash fries were good. However, this was the nastiest place that we have ever visited. The tables were filthy, the floor was sticky and dirty, the trash cans were completely full with no room for more. It was obvious that the employees were not the problem. All of the staff that we encountered were working very hard, were friendly, and were customer service driven. The franchise owner obviously keeps the store understaffed for the sake of the bottom line. Come on folks, hire some support staff to clean the place up.

Noisy atmosphere. Noise=stress. Inaccurate orders. Not very fast considering it's an airport and fast is a prerequisite. They use a bottom feeder tactic of asking for a tip at the register. Remember the rule: if you had to navigate a computer or stand at a counter to order, never tip. Food is middle of the bell curve.

I would never thought Airport food is good because they're there to serve you once and never see you again, so the food can be bad and you still have to pay more. On the way from SJ to Huntsville, Alabama, I had to lay over to Dallas Fort Worth Airport and on the way to the tramp, I saw this restaurant and they're actually cooking burgers with smokes and everything. So I stopped by to get a quick bite. Ordered a Truffle Mushroom Double and had to wait for a good 5 minutes because they're cooking mine in real time. Not microwave pre-cooked food. Anyhow, it's one of the best burgers I've had, hot, juicy, cheese actually melted on the meat with real mushrooms sauté. This is actually a new and surprised experience with Airport restaurant. If I ever get to lay over here again, I'll definitely come here for this truffle mushroom burger and may be have some time for fries.

Based on my experience here, I ordered a breakfast sandwhich, and it was served hot and fresh. My order was fulfilled accurately. Wait time was minimal. Customer service provided by the employee taking my order was not the best. Overall, would return and recommend for the food.
