Extremely slow. They have a lot of workers but only one takes and makes smoothies the others work at subway and don’t offer no help when they see a long line. They don’t greet you or let you know just one minute they won’t speak to you unless their taking your order. They can barley speak English I’m not understanding how they even got hired.Poor customer service

It's good their system need to be put in the same as the other franchises so I can earn points. I go there 2 to 4x a week so earning points makes it worth it. The smoothies are awesome. It got 4 instead of 5 stars bc it the not being able to earn points or order ahead on the app. Being able to get in and out makes a difference.
